The staff is really the best of the best...I will all buying experiences could be this easy...I would recommend going to Johnny Roberts Motors and asking for Vinny to buy it trade trucks, because they know trucks and how to treat people...unlike other dealerships that are local who want to just make money or get out mentality...their entire staff I met at Johnny Roberts was outstanding and fun

I had a great buying experience. Vinny and the rest of the Johnny Roberts staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs and put us in the vehicle we wanted.

I got a call from Vinny, regarding trading my 2012 Dodge Durango. I met him at the dealership and we discussed the trade in of my 2012 Durango for a 2014. Between him and the Manager Matt, they got me the Durango I envisioned with all the bells and whistles. My current payment is about $50.00 more than I was paying for my 2012 without all the updated. Everyone at Johnny Roberts are all pleasant and courteous, including opening doors. Bill did my paper work and he explained the documents and answered my questions as I threw them out to him. I met both Johnny and his son Chris. Again, they were really nice people. My son even took a selfie with Johnny (which he placed on his Facebook page) I or my family member would return to Johnny Robert if we are ever in the market for a vehicle.

Initally a good impression. I had not even parked my car when a sales person met me to help. I already was pre-approved for a loan, had done my research online down to what incentives were available, vehicle options, ect. I went to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. I explained to the sales person that I was only interesting in test driving the vehicle, and that would not be looking to drive away and purchase for approx another two days. When "going inside to get the keys and to put my name in for the $4k drawing" I was asked to fill out a credit application, which I refused. After another 20 minutes of answering questions and waiting for the sales person to return, I finally was able to test the vehicle. Before leaving the lot, a sales manager (im assuming) came over and asked the salesperson to help another customer. In exchange, another person would ride with me. Now the process began again. I had to listen to a complete new version of why this car was wonderful and I should buy it today. I emphasized again that I was only getting a feel, that this was not exactly the vehicle I wanted. After returning to the dealership, this second sales person began grilling me on what would make me want to take this car home today. I restated again that not all the options were what I was looking for. He began quizzing me on why I wanted the options I had specified, and could I not overlook that it was missing something? He persisted that we should come inside so he could "find" the car for me. Again, I told him I wanted to wait a few days and was not ready to purchase at this time. After getting in my vehicle, yet another sales person ran up to my car while I was already proceeding to drive out, asking why we were leaving, and what they could do to see us drive away in a car today. I had to repeat AGAIN that I was planning in purchasing in two days. SO FRUSTRATING. They would not listen to anything I was saying about the vehicle I wanted. They only were pushing to make a sale. I will drive 50 miles away to another dealership to purchase my vehicle, where I will not be pressured into compromising what I want so they can make a sale.
