This was our first time purchasing a car from Don Ayres Acura. We are extremely satisfied with the team who assisted us with the car purchase. Daniel Guzman was super helpful and went above and beyond to help us get what we came for since we are from out of town. Shawn Trice was great to work with and even stayed after closing time to help us wrap up. Definitely recommend going with this dealership!

I contacted the service department because one of my tire's was losing pressure. Brandon was able to schedule my vehicle for service the same day, and I learned that the issue was due to a nail in the tire. The tire was fixed and my vehicle was ready in a timely manner!

Our new baby (Acura Type-S) was due for it's first service. Don Ayres' service manager, Tony, picked it up Saturday morning and returned it a little after noon. Fresh oil/filter and freshly bathed. A multi-point inspection checklist performed with printout provided. Here's the kicker! Tony noticed a vibration and steering issues after picking up the car. An inspection found missing wheel weights and alignment problems. All tires were subsequently balanced, rotated and a 4 wheel total alignment completed. Complimentarily! That means FREE! Can't ask for more than that!

I called an hour before closing time, we thought my battery was dying. They told me to come on in, and they would swap it out. They stayed over closing to finish it and still offered to wash my car (which I declined - I wanted them to be able to go home). They have always been friendly and helpful the few times I have been there, I've only had the car 5 months.
