Karen Pattison worked with me to get the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. She kept me informed of ETA and was very quick to respond to any of my questions. She prepared the truck and all required paper work so it was ready when I picked up the truck. She took the time to explain all features of the truck. Karen made the entire process of purchasing a new GMC truck from James Wood Motors very easy. I would definitely return to James Wood Motors and Karen when I am interested in purchasing another vehicle and would recommend her to friends.

2006 Corvette Z06 greatest car of its generation

When it comes to my 2006 Corvette Z06 the only dealership I trust is James Wood and service advisor Shawn. This car has special features not found on other vehicles. Chevrolets Corvette 2006 Z06 was built to beat Europes best (Ferrari, Porsche) which she dld!! Shawn makes sure the most experienced mechanics who know my car take care of her. Outstanding experience

From start to finish, our experience at James Wood was excellent. Everything was above board and I must stress that there were zero add ons or attempts at adding unnecessary things on to the price of our new vehicle. Since we are about 60 miles away, almost all communication was done via text. I entered this transaction skeptical of any salesman and any dealership due to prior experiences at other dealerships. Let me say that my wife and I were totally blown away by the honesty and upfront truthful answering of all questions by the salesman and the finance manager. We were treated with the respect that I have always been taught to treat folks with; like family. A shout out to Derek Ward, our salesman, who was with us throughout the purchase, even putting some finishing touches on the vehicle while we were signing the papers. Afterwards, he went meticulously through the operation and controls with us to insure that we all of our operational questions were answered. A truly outstanding experience.

Excellent communication, a thorough walk through of the vehicle features, and just a pleasure to deal with. The service department initially sold me on going from RAM trucks to GM. They were prompt and professional. When it came to purching multiple vehicles I never felt that I was being sold something. They listened, adjusted, and catered to my needs. It was refreshing in today's world that the customer was the focus. My salesman which was the fleet manager was top notch. While we failed to qualify for the GM fleet program, that didn't stop Jason from.going above and beyond. All of my vehicle needs personal and business will go to James Wood.

I went in to just take a look and drove a couple of vehicles. I had my eye on one and my salesman Drew Ward could tell without asking which one I really liked. With no pressure he went over trade in value and what cost could be. Drew got me in the truck I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. This was by far the easiest buying experience of my life. I even had left some cash in my old vehicle when I drove off and Drew got it for me and held onto it until I returned. That says a lot about the dealership and the people they hire. James Wood Chevy Buick GMC will definitely be getting my business again.
