I miss this car a lot!!
Fast, sporty, decent gas mileage for its intended performance, great build quality and interior! I loved this car... The only reaon we got rid of it was to get a bigger car, this car is not suited for car seats or passengers on a regular basis. I am 5'11" and with a baby car seat in the back, my seat had to be up almost all the way. After 120K miles, the only issue we had was the AC system dies, and the alignment was always off (Later found out it was in a wreck that nearly totaled it which caused this)
Best car ever.
This is without a doubt the best car I have ever had. Always puts a smile on my face. Flawless quality. Not one single problem in 100,000 miles. Over 30 mpg on highway and maybe 25 in city. I'm 45 and have always driven cars with Manual Transmission and they simply do not come any better. The snickt snickt feeling of that tranmission and turbine smooth vtec cannot be matched by anything I have had since. Acceleration and handling just top notch as close to BMW territory as you can get with front wheel drive but with much better reliability and handling in weather. Sold when I went overseas and will buy another when I get back to states. Just absolutely perfect.

Followup to earlier review
A few things that popped out after I submitted my last review. 1- Door lock pin is placed exactly where you place your elbow when in window. 2- No lights for steering wheel controls 3- No one-touch mechanism for sunroof. 3a- Sunroof controls not on roof, but on dash - stupid! 4- No fancy computer available for mpg, avg speed, etc. 5- Scratches extremely easily. 6- High beams use incandescent bulb instead of HID (BMW can do it, so can Acura)
TSX is lots of fun but kinda pricey
This is a sweet new compact sedan from Acura--its large 4 cylinder engine is wonderfully smooth and very willing to rev (tho it cuts out abruptly with an electronic rev limiter). Might be even more fun with the Accord's 240hp six. Features are terrific--safety, convenience and luxury in a small, attractive package. I love the 6 speed transmission--as good as I've driven in 30 years of car enthusiasm. But 29k?! Lots of other great choices for that much dough!
Not So Impressed
Bought this car 2wks after it came out in April. Now have 6500mi. Love the look and style, but very poor braking system. My brakes are rubbing against something and have been since about 1500mi. Car has been in the shop twice and am still in a loner today. This is my first Acura coming from a Honda, I'm not so impressed with the reliability particularly since no one seems to know what the problem is. If I had to do it all over again, I would go for the Audi A4.
