2025 Cadillac XT5 Consumer Reviews

My first XT5
Where do I start? The Cadillac XT5 is a reasonably priced midsize SUV with plenty of tech, especially in the technology package. The rearview camera (mirror) was the first surprise during my test drive. Everything from the adaptive cruise, parking and lane alerts to the straightforward phone integrations puts me at ease. I feel connected to my XT5 and my surroundings! Though storage for small items is lacking, especially in the driver and passenger space, I find that my XT5 offers ample headroom and legroom in both the front and rear. The turbocharged 4 cylinder delivers adequate acceleration, but I recommend the V-6 unless a few extra miles make a difference to you. I like this car and will probably comment more after I've driven it for six months!

Nice mid priced luxury SUV
Handles well, plenty of power for what it's designed for (V-6). Nice layout. I bought this for a good price for a mid size luxury SUV and it has most of the safety features I was looking for. I highly recommend the V-6 rather than the 4 cylinder. You don't lose that much mileage, can use regular gas rather than the required premium in the 4 cylinder, and it has more horsepower. Options, if you can get them with all the chip shortages, and availability of models are pretty good. I found it comfortable, good visibility, and a good bargain for the price.

Love it!
I bought a 2022 XT5 several months ago. I’m very satisfied. It’s a pleasure to drive and has all the amenities. I have the Premium Luxury Trim. The V6 is very peppy, transmission is very smooth. I have no regrets. Highly recommend the XT5.

A lot better than the junk 4 cyl in the new RX350
Love this car Always bought Lexus Rx until they stopped the V-6 The 2023 Rx has a crappy 4Cyl that takes premium fuel I bought the sport model and love it Never thought I would praise a GM vehicle. I have 9000 miles on it already and would never go back to the Lexus. The options are much better. For example the heated steering wheel heats all around where the Lexus only heat in the center. The rear view camera is far superior I could go on and on Very satisfied

Keep looking, these things aren't reliable
Was delivered to the dealership with a couple of scuffs at the front and rear. In less than 60 days with 469 miles on the odometer the AC quits cooling. Not so roomy interior for $57k
