Fiat-Chrysler Dealerships Launch Credit Cards for Repair Shops, Fleet Operators

AUBURN HILLS, Michigan Fiat-Chrysler dealerships have launched two new co-branded credit cards specifically for repair shops and small businesses with vehicle fleets.

Dealerships will invite customers to apply for the card while they are in the dealership.

The new program is a way to reward customers for their loyalty, the company said on Monday.

The cards are being offered in partnership with First Bankcard, a division of First National Bank of Omaha.

The Mopar Business Edition MasterCard is designed to provide special pricing benefits to independent repair facilities, while the BusinessLink Business Edition MasterCard offers points and rewards for companies that operate fleets of vehicles.

According to Fiat-Chrysler, both cards feature no annual fees, six months of low introductory rates, bonus points for purchases at Fiat-Chrysler dealerships and other retail outlets, and cash-back programs.

The company also offers MasterCards for consumers, which carry a choice of the Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep, SRT, Mopar and Fiat brands. Those cards feature many of the same benefits as the small business versions, including low introductory rates and reward points for purchases at dealerships and other retailers.

Interested business representatives can apply for one of the new MasterCards at the FCA small business application page, and individuals can apply at the consumer application page.

Edmunds says: With these credit-card programs, Fiat-Chrysler dealerships are promoting their brands while offering a useful service to businesses and consumers.
