Although the 2012 Porsche Boxster represents the end of the current generation, it still remains one of the best roadsters on the road.

What Edmunds.com says:
When it comes to performance, the 2012 Chevrolet Corvette is one of the world's best bargains. A lack of refinement proves you get what you pay for, but since you get a whole lot of old-school American muscle, that should be more than enough for many.

  • Chevrolet Camaro

    10. Chevrolet Camaro (Tie)

  • What Edmunds.com says:
For tire-burning power and Hollywood flash, it doesn't get much better than the 2012 Chevrolet Camaro.

    What Edmunds.com says:

  • Infiniti G37

    12. Infiniti G37 (Tie)

    12. Volkswagen Eos (Tie)

  • What Edmunds.com says:
The Volkswagen Eos deserves more consideration than it gets. It offers the features and build quality of a more expensive luxury model, making it a smart choice for drop-top sun seekers.

    What Edmunds.com says:
The 2012 Chrysler 200 convertible is a good, spacious choice among midsize drop tops, but its 200 sedan sibling faces tougher competition and is thus less appealing.

We'll have to wait and see about its reliability, but the 2012 Fiat 500 is yet another stylish subcompact that proves that small can be cool.
