Awesome buying experience!
Crown Hyundai is a great place, this is the third vehicle we have bought there and couldn't be more happier with the treatment we received. Our salesman, Justin Hoffman, who has worked with us for all the vehicles is so easy to work with that it seemed that you were working with a family friend than car salesmen. Justin never once threw any high pressure sales tactics at any point. All the paper transactions were quick; the trade-in value was unbelievably fair; the final purchase price made the whole deal a no brainier! Even more awesome is Crown Hyundai's active support of Active Military and Veterans by offering a good discount on the purchase price. I can honestly say that Crown Hyundai is part of our community, not just in our community!

No-Nonsense Buying Experience:
2015 Fit
After some really awful experiences at other dealers, I was pleasantly surprised to find Friendly Honda's unrushed, straightforward, no-nonsense approach towards me. Chaz Goodman was extremely knowledgeable about his products, and patiently either answered my questions, or went off to get a correct answer no matter what I asked. When I felt I was ready to buy, the process was as easy and Chaz and Brian, the financial officer, walked me through every step, no surprises. The accessory and service options were explained to me, but I felt zero "up-sell" pressure. The car was prepped and ready for pick-up the same day. If only all dealers were like Chaz and the Friendly team!

Best sales experience to date
I had a great experience with Lindsay, specifically my sales rep Dorothea Pack. While the initial vehicle I went to the dealership had sold before I was able to purchase, Ms. Pack helped me find the perfect truck for a wedding present to my soon to be bride. She went above and beyond to help with the surprise of the truck, even going out of her way to make sure we had a bow on top for the big reveal. I would recommend Ms. Pack to anyone interested in a vehicle at Lindsay. She was very accommodating to my schedule and making sure the truck was a wonderful surprise. Her service knowledge of the vehicle and the overall lot inventory for the specific vehicle I was looking for were outstanding. She was personable and a true pleasure to work with.

Chuck HALE ***OUTSTANDING*** I bought a brand new 2014 Chevy truck from Chuck Hale a couple days ago. My time at the dealership was not wasted and Chuck had everything ready to go for me. Its amazingly easy doing business with Sands and Chuck.. Everyone i worked with there was very nice and friendly. This all started with a phone call after an internet request for information. Chuck and his sales Manager were very helpful in my search for a truck that meet my needs. The sales team came forward with a strong trade offer on my trade in. I couldn't have asked for more from a dealership and the quality service from Chuck Hale.

Professional service with a personal touch and VIP treatment
The service department at Strong Audi gets the highest of marks from me every time I visit. I've been taking my Audis there for 15 years and I drive past another dealership an hour a way to get there. Matise Orton gives the personal service that always makes me feel valued and respected, and keep my schedule and priorities at the forefront, not only handling my requests and needs but also providing additional special touches that make all the difference - to me and my car. It's Audi service for my car, but the special brand of Audi Customer Service for me too. The waiting area is beautifully equipped with everything I need to make my wait comfortable and productive. Computer stations, snacks and drinks, clean and modern seating areas and restrooms. I love that they have transportation available too and use it often for rides to the airport or to the mall. Matise and the whole Strong Audi team treat me like a VIP when I come in, every time.

Best customer service I've ever had at a dealership
I came in looking at F-150's. My salesman was Bob Davis and he went above and beyond to help me make an informed decision as to which truck would be best suited for me. He found one with the exact options I wanted and nothing more, didn't try to pressure me into buying more than I needed, and offered personal experience to help me make my decision. Overall it was an excellent experience and I've already purchased a second vehicle from him. He's my go-to when it comes to car-shopping now. I'm highly satisfied with my experience here.
