My username isn't working

Your username is your email address. If you're not sure what email address was used when your account was setup, contact your Edmunds Account Manager to assist you by calling (855) 336-8637 or sending an email to dealersupport@edmunds.com

My password isn't working.

I used the password reset link but never received an email

The email to reset your password comes from OKTA (noreply@okta.com), and the subject is Edmunds Dealer Account password reset. If you didn't receive this email, you probably entered an email address not associated with your account. Contact your Edmunds Account Manager by calling (855) 336-8637 or by sending an email to dealersupport@edmunds.com.

I got a message that my Token Expired and 'Your account activation token is no longer valid'

You only need to use the password reset link one time. If you already clicked on the activation link in the password reset email, you do not need to do so again. You should now access the Pricing Tool directly using the URL below.
