    My brand new car with less than 4000 miles was in for a transmission leak twice, 10 days each visit…my oil change was probably not done as it was not rest…when I picked up my vehicle it was filthy with oily handprints all over the hood and a great big dent in the drivers side rocker panel

    Chelsea Lanaux, my service advisor provided professional and expert service before, during and after my service appointment. The service department staff performed all tasks efficiently. Chelsea arranged for an electric brake controller to be installed post my truck’s service. The Pro-shop staff also provided timely and efficient service. Great experience!

    We recently purchased a new 2025 Chevy Suburban from Courtesy Chevrolet, and our experience was outstanding. Alec (online sales) and Luis (Sales Manager) were tremendous to work with, making the process smooth and stress-free, including responding gracefully to reassure my gap in understanding possible options. I wanted a no-haggle, straightforward experience, and they delivered exactly that. (We live very remote - so we needed to do things quickly and easily without going into the dealership). For us, the most crucial part of buying a vehicle is not just the sale itself but how the dealership treats my wife and family when issues arise. Courtesy Chevrolet has gone above and beyond in this regard. They’ve earned our trust by consistently prioritizing our needs and addressing concerns with care and professionalism.     I would run from this dealership. I wish I had. Made the mistake of listening to what they said instead of what they wrote. I know my fault but there is a reason i don't want to disclose but part of it is what makes me a disabled veteran. They added things I didn't notice they had charged me extra for and claimed I agreed to them with full knowledge. My communication with them prior clearly indicates that was not the case. Then tried to say well we do that with all our vehicles but they hadn't even been added when the purchase was made because the vehicle was being taking off the delivery truck when i arrived so they snuck in the cost during purchase and added after purchase then claimed they deserved to be compensated. If I said I didn't want lojack, nitrogen tires, and lifetime tint before I went because of the extra charge why would I suddenly agree? Especially when i knew they hadn't even been added yet. That was not even everything just part. I attempted to resolve my issue by having provide maintenance worth half the overcharge and the said it might be worth an oil change. I would laugh at how ridiculous it was had they not been serious.

    I have purchased my last two trucks here, along with sending friends to purchase vehicles from this dealership and have always been pleased with the professionalism. However, my vehicle has been at this service shop for 7 days now with with no diagnosis. Both simple issues have service bulletins on those exact issues which I provided printed copies to the service advisor at handoff. We have left messages for the service manager for 2 days in a row politely asking for a call back and no such courtesy given. Come on Courtesy Chevrolet, please show some respect to a loyal customer.

  • A really bad experience

    Really a bad experience. I had three issues with the car. Finance team fine. Service and sales is really a headache. They do not resolve anything, 1.-My door liners still not haven't arrived since I bought it, 2.-They lie to me about my car telling me that never had any crash, and 3.-My wiper flew when I turn it on, and the arm crashed my windshield, and they do not do anything. I am afraid that more issues comes out. Really a bad experience

  • Will never return to service Department

    We bought 2023 traverse in January this year, from day one we had a tire that had a slow leak. We took it in for service all they did was top it off. I’d service it up while on a trip to Nebraska, had it looked at in Oklahoma and they couldn’t find any thing. Got back to Phoenix and went in for oil change and tire rotation, still no leak found, went to Big O they took off the wheel and checked it out, reseated the bead and replaced the valve core, still leaks need to top off every other day. Went back to courtesy service told my wife 2 hours, 4 hours later while she patiently waited she got tired and asked how much longer. Finally got the car back service said couldn’t find a leak and told her she should probably go buy a new tire. At this point we don’t know if it’s the tire or defective wheel and why should we have to buy a tire out of our pocket when we purchase the vehicle new with a defect since day one.
