I called in the morning to inquire about availability and pricing of a… vehicle on their website, and Julio answered all my questions, we setup an appointment, and I went and bought the car that morning. The entire process took less than two hours, which was incredibly fast! Thanks again to Julio and Central Valley Hyundai! From start to finish, and then follow up; Kelii always went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of, had no issues, and completely satisfied. I… went in knowing exactly the car I wanted, and Kelii did everything in his power to help my vision come to life. Circumstances changed, the car showed up from transit earlier than expected, and Kelii went out of his way, after his shift, the night before his vacation to deliver my dream car to me an hour away late at night. Finance made sure I was taken care 100% and walked me through signing my documents over the phone while screen sharing. Kalii and team then continued to follow up with me 2 weeks after my purchase to make sure I was happy with the car, knew how to work the features, and offered help if anything ever came up. Kelii was so great we went back the following morning and wanted to purchase directly from him. We don’t live in the area… so that is big kuddos to him! Halfway through I had to rush to pickup my toddler - Kelii made sure the process was as quick as possible so we were able to get back on the road to home. After receiving the runaround from several other dealerships in our search for a 2021 Kona Limited, my brother-in-law contacted Central Valley Hyundai. Within minutes sales associate Greg Hayes found the exact car… we were looking for, dealt honestly and straightforwardly, and wrapped up the deal over the phone. Greg even drove 2 1/2 hours that night to deliver my beautiful new Kona into my driveway for no charge. Unbelievable! I will recommend Central Valley to everyone I know in the market for a car.Amazing
