They answered all my questions and provided me with complete satisfaction the service would be done right. They were… professional, courteous, and friendly. They had me in and out in under an hour. Every time I go to Kia of Dayton I don't have to wonder if I will get the same treatment, because no matter how many times you go there for something it is always the same EXCELLENT SERVICE.Thank you for all the STARS Jack!

All were preowned and Ernest did his very best getting them all cleaned off of snow… and warming them up for us to test drive! The dealership is super clean and nice. Friendly smiles everywhere. We settled on a vehicle for my daughter and it was a simple painless process getting it home! Ernest made sure we had his cell number in case we needed anything at all or had any questions.
