I drove 2 hours just to find the truck I wanted. High Country gave me the best price of anyone around and the entire process was very stress free. Chelsy Barnes was great to work with throughout the process. She was very patient working… with me helping me find what I wanted. I'll be back!

by Ronnie on 06/14/2023So I needed a car for work. I knew I wanted the Camry hybrid. I went to High Country Toyota to talk with Lee Summerford but he was not available. I had help from some other great sales people during the test drive. I will say that the… manager Haley really shined. I knew what I wanted going in and at what point I had to walk away. My credit was not the best but still not the worst. The car they had coming in was just what I was wanting. She worked very hard to get me the deal I wanted. Every deal I have done with them has been different. That makes me feel like they work very hard to get me to where I need to be so I don’t have to walk out. They are not there to give away cars but they are looking to make fair sales. They truly care about the relationship not just during the sale. That’s why I love getting all my vehicles serviced here as well. Don’t get me started on the service team. Don’t tell the sales team I almost like the service team even more with the care and service I get. All this to say, they make it easy for me to buy local but still feel like I am beating prices from all over. Do yourself a favor and see my buddy Lee or Brittany or the sales managers as they are all great. Only regret you will have is not having come sooner.Property Damage
by Haley on 05/12/2022In January, they came and picked up my 2021 Sienna for scheduled maintenance and moved the drivers seat back without moving the rear passenger seat back and causing damage to the rear facing car seat-the driver at the time is about a foot… taller than me. They had my car for over 12 hours and there were multiple marks all over the leather from pushing the car seat back from moving the seat so far back. I reached out to Larry, the now retired manager, and we agreed for everything to be handled at my next service. I have pictures to prove as well. In April, they took possession of the car seat and said they would write a check but still have not done so and now no longer responding. They blatantly disrespect homeowners and their property. They also don’t take FULL responsibility of their damages and driving over water lines while the homeowner is yelling for them not to, at first they took NO responsibility, even when calling a tow truck to get them out. The driver did say he was just trying to turn around and shortly after rolled up his window. Grass was just starting to grow too! This is the ‘courtesy pick up’. When they originally picked up my car, I informed them it had 71 miles to empty and offered to meet them at a gas station, they declined and said no big deal, happens all of the time, we can get payment over the phone. They returned my MINI VAN that I transport my children in, with 6 miles to empty and the closest gas station is 4 miles away. The driver that did all of the damage has been here before for maintenance pick ups. I also don’t recommend Libby or her giving advice on car seats. Dave is the driver and Jeff Wood said they aren’t responsible for anything. Dwayne did acknowledge some responsibility, but they need to take full responsibility in my opinion. Waiting for the water bill this month to see if there is any under ground damage from them.Cory is Super! Customer waiting room sucks!

As long as you stsy away from the backroom guys, which I mostly did, this a goid place to go. Also, for servicing, they can't even afford a cup… of coffee in the lounge. Recently, I visited a Toyota dealership in Charleston, SC and they had a wide array of drinks and snacks for customers. Is Higb Country unable to afford this for its customers?Understanding, patient, got me what I needed.

I bought my wife a 2016 Camry and it was not disclosed to me that this vehicle was covered with scratches , had bad brakes, and the keys with remotes just fell apart. First off we learned that if you buy second… hand from high country, you will be treated as second class. The scratches were not detected by me until I got home in the garage as it was raining and cloudy. The oil was not changed or offered as I bought my own oil and filter there to change myself when I learned they were not going to do it. When the problems mentioned were brought to their attention, I was asked to bring it in and they would either correct it or we could choose another Camry on the lot. When we learned that their fix for the many scratches would be a simple detail, we decided to choose another used Camry and these [non-permissible content removed] offered us $7500 trade for a vehicle we had just purchased from them a few days prior for almost $16000. A simple delivery check of the vehicle when they got it and honest employees would have saved us a lot of money. So we left and proceeded home and to a local shop for a $200 brake job. If you value honesty and saving your hard earned money, please do yourself a favor and go to a high volume honest dealership and stay away from high country Toyota.Sales review

Poor guy we chose a really rainy day to get a vehicle and this guy went out of his way running back and… forth to the credit dept to get us approved and in something and did not complain or seem to get aggravated not one time.. But finally after the 6th or 7th time he did remember to grab a umbrella lol. But if we ever have anyone looking for a new car, I will definitely recommend this place and will absolutely recommend them to see Ryan.. Thank u so much Ryan for working so hard to get us in a vehicle and dealing with us so politely. Oh did I mention we don't have the best credit either and he got it all to work out...Good customer service
