by Wilfredo on 10/29/2024I bought a vehicle on 10-26-2024. I give the financing a negative mark Moe Hariri. After addressing to him about transferring my veteran disable plate to the new vehicle and I was told that I have to wait until the new plates to arrive and… then swap the plate . I went to DMV in Pomona on 10-28-24 and I was told by the duty manager that they could have just filled out the transfer paper for veteran disabled plate to the new vehicle without cost and not been charged the fees. I went back to the dealer that same day and addressed the concern to Eileen and she made me fill out two set of transfer plate paper and I was told that it will take about two week or more to process and to get the fee refunded. Veteran need to be aware of their car registration entitlement when dealing with Puente Hill Car Dealership...Rude Customer Service
by Kathy Mendoza on 03/04/2024Visited the Puente Hills Mitsubishi to check out a Mercedes GT 53 listing with my family. Joey was very attentive with hospitality in showing us the vehicle and getting us situated for the car breakdown. We brought several concerns about… the vehicle to their attention by which we were greeted by sales manager, Danny. Vehicle had Atlas front tires…who puts knock-off tires on a $90k vehicle and expects the customer not to raise that as a concern? The dashboard read “service overdue”, if the vehicle is going to be shown to potential customers it’d be ideal to have that addressed beforehand. The rear bumper seemed misaligned sticking out on the left tailgate side. Joey introduced us to sales manager, Danny whom would assist us with addressing our concerns about the vehicle. He immediately became territorial about their financial process accusing my fiancé of looking out for his best interest and him not making any money out of this transaction. What type of customer service demeanor is this employee representing? Our vehicle concerns were disregarded, never conversed about. Instead Danny raised his voice and made affirmative judgment on the final price despite the vehicle concerns we made Joey aware of. His outrageous behavior gave no room for car negotiations in which we were no longer interested to pursue business. Instead of thanking us for our time and apologizing for not working out a deal he rushed back into the office heated without any remarks. Joey was very polite in addressing the discomfort Danny created and apologized for the inconvenience. I hope management takes repercussions in this type of employee behavior, no customer should need to experience such rude conduct. Future buyer…beware of knock-off front tires valued at about $100, rear bumper misalign and overdue service dashboard.6000 miles air conditioner not blowing cool air on driver side.

Waste of time
by Nicholas on 03/08/2020So I didn't want to be another 1 star review for this place but I took a leap of faith and gave them a chance. I drove out specifically because they had a car with a transmission I wanted. I talked to Alejandro in the AM about seeing it,… told him what time I expected to be here, no issues at all. Well when I got here that's where everything took a 360 degree turn. They had lost the key for the vehicle about a week ago, according to that sales associate at least. So I drove out for nothing. We stopped for dinner on the way home and decided to call and give them one more chance. We called and talked to a different associate and told him the situation and implied we would buy the car if they had a locksmith come out a have a key made. Well Alex said that he had the key or said lost key after about 30 minutes of waiting for them to get back to us. We go back, and they obviously didn't have a key or the right key. Wouldn't have a key made until Monday. You guys lost a sale because of multiple levels of incompetence. Seriously, what are you guys even doing? If someone says they are there for a car (that you need to sell with keys regardless) why not call a locksmith for a customer who was willing to wait? Don't waste your time on this dealership, seriously all of those 1 stars are an immediate red flag. I gave them the benefit of doubt and you should not.We are not pleased to hear of the incident you've described in this review. Overall a good auto purchase experience
by Paolo on 02/03/2020I went to Puente Hills Mitubishi looking at a 2004 Chevrolet Corvette they advertised with very low mileage. I've looked at a lot of Vettes and by far the one here was the best I drove and most taken care of. I want to thank Nelson and… Max for making my purchase of my new Corvette a smooth one. Nelson was very up front and honest about the sale of the car. When I was ready to make the purchase, it was Nelson's day off and he referred me to Max. Max did a great job helping me out with my purchase! I was alone, and I would've had to drive home to drop off my truck, and hope one of my friends were home to drive me back and pick up the Corvette. Max offered to follow me home and drive me back to the dealership! I told him that it would be a 45 min drive to my house because of traffic. Max was ok with that! That was something he didn't have to do but I was grateful he did! He even helped me with a the front license plate cover of the car!
