Special delivery 2021 Acura RDX
by Special Delivery 2021 Acura RDX on 12/03/2020Jeremy made the sale to me on the phone after we drove an Acura earlier in the day. He drove the car to our home and set the car up for us. We took care of the paper work at my kitchen bar. I certainly would recommend both Jeremy and… Hubler for a good new car experience .Thomas Knapp
by Thomas Knapp on 08/28/2020Thomas Knapp was outstanding. A very knowledgeable person to work with finding our new RDX. Tim, my husband, wanted a certain RDX with a certain color and specs. Thomas went beyond the normal call of duty to find the right RDX for Tim. He… LOVES his new car. If anyone would ask I would tell them to go talk to Tom!Buying my TLX at Hubler Acura

Thomas Knapp was my salesperson and he did a tremendous job of helping me zero in on what vehicle met all my needs. I shopped around at a number of different dealerships but… came back to Hubler due to their knowledge and high level of customer service. by Markwes on 10/25/2015The salesman was courteous and answered all of my questionsGreat first car buying experience for my son
by Teensmother on 09/05/2015We were buying my teenage son's first car. He had limited funds as he had worked to save every penny spent. However, the staff treated him with the same courtesy and respect as a customer buying a $60,000 vehicle. They worked hard to find… him the car that would best suit his needs and his pocket. As he continues to save and is ready for his next car, I feel certain that he will look first at Hubler Acura.CX-5 to RDX
by Terry4801 on 08/25/2015Truly enjoyed my 2014 Mazda CX-5 however the interior cup holders were cramped and with my package there was no compass. The ride of the RDX is much softer, more of a car feel which I prefer. The interior is much more friendly, large cup… holders and a compass in the RDX-tech package. I'm really happy with my choice to change vehicles. My shopping experience was very good with all my questions answered with the pricing portion pretty painless and each negotiation was explained until the deal was done. The delivery was smooth, quick and very detailed with all my questions answered.Hubler Acura-'16 Acura RDX purchase, simple, fast, friendly!
by Mark_Marg on 06/02/2015Working with Scott at Hubler Acura in Greenwood for our 2016 Acura RDX couldn't have gone smoother! Deal was quick, simple, fast, with no hassles. Everyone at Hubler is very friendly. I would highly recommend!A Simple Purchase
by Dmcgill on 05/15/2015updated 05/29/2015It was suggested that negotiating a price for Acura RDX vehicles was next to impossible. It might have all been timing but the manager was willing to lower the initial price to out compete a competitor. We were very happy with the price… paid.Terrible mistreatment of persons with disabilities...
by ScottsburgTony on 05/05/2015I visited the dealership on Saturday May 2, 2015 to look at a 2011 Ford Fiesta that they had advertised. I was greeted and asked to wait for Austin Duvall, the salesman handling the showing. After a few minutes I was taken to another… dealership to see the car. I drove it back to the Acura dealership. During this drive I took note of the SIRIUS button on the dash of the car. I specifically asked Austin if this car had a satellite radio and he said yes, you just need a subscription. I told bi I already had a subscription and would just need the radio number to call and activate it. We began to discuss the price and went back and forth for a while. During this Austin discovered that I had no intentions of financing this and wanted to pay cash. He continued asking me questions until it came out that I had the cash with me, locked in the glovebox, suddenly, the price was a today only price and would go up on Monday if I only put down a deposit and brought my brother back with me. I told him I couldnt do that and walked outside. He followed me asking what they could do to get the deal done. I asked for new tires and a bra for the car. He went back inside and came back a couple times saying that the tires would not go and neither would the bra. I started to get back in my car to go and was stopped by Austin. He said What if I could get you in the car for less with no add-ons? He said to come back in to discuss it more. I agreed and went back in with him. We dickered back and forth for a while till finally we came to a price that was coincidentally, exactly what I had with me in cash. Again I tried to put down a small deposit till Monday when I could have a level headed person with me. He told me the Sales Manager would only approve the deal if it was done today. I asked him to get me the satellite radio number so I could activate the SIRIUS radio, as factory-installed satellite radio was a NON-NEGIOTIABLE. He agreed to do this. Reluctantly, I agreed to the deal. Austin stepped away to begin the process and I called my brother. We had a terse discussion. During this time, Austin returned and I asked him again to get me the radio number so I could call it in. He agreed to do that. I was told to go into the documentation office to complete the process. While in there, I called out to Austin about the radio number and he called back, I wrote it down for you The paperwork was completed and I was walked out by Austin as it was time to close the dealership. I noted that my blood-sugar was dropping rapidly and I needed something to eat. I left to get something right away before trying to register the radio for SIRIUS. When I finished eating I went to look for the paper Austin said that he put in my paperwork with the radio identification number on it. There was no paper included. I opened the Manual to try to find it myself. According to the Manual, you press the SIRIUS button along with the #1 preset and the number will appear. This car is not equipped with factory satellite radio at all. I immediately went back to the dealership to discuss this and called along the way to leave a message. They were all gone at the dealership. I chose to take the car home to investigate it more to see if I was making a mistake somehow. Once I researched the issue, I found that I was not making a mistake; they had outright lied to me at the dealership. They had coerced me into a deal using less-than-upstanding tactics that coincided exactly with what I had on hand at the moment. They took advantage of my diminished capacity to comprehend the situation fully. They used my decreased mental state to find out how much cash I had with me and engineered the deal to be exactly that amount. They recognized my dropping blood-glucose levels and used that to push and coerce me into accepting a deal that was stilted heavily in their favor. It was the worst kind of business against the disabled I have ever seen and feel it was a concerted effort by these 3 Staff to steal and defraud me out of the exact cash I had on hand.2015 TLX Lease

Car Purchase a Positive Experience
by Outacite on 03/27/2015From 1st contact through to closing (a little over a week), the sales person was very responsive and helpful. He took the time to learn our needs and to offer several options for how those might be met. He worked hard to ensure that the… final agreement was one that we were happy and satisfied with. We particularly appreciated that he did not use any high pressure tactics. He was a joy to work with!Outacite, We are happy to hear that you had an exceptional buying experience! Thank you for the positive review and the kind words. We take great measures to listen to all the customer's needs and then find a vehicle that would suit them best. Thank you again for allowing us to earn your business and enjoy your new car!
Pushy, snooty, unyielding
by bianca5 on 09/27/2014If you're not paying full price for a new car, dont risk being insulted by their pushy snooty staff. They firmly offered me less than 50% of KBB's price and were unwilling to budge on their price. They did not listen, just kept pushing. I… distinctly felt they wanted me to just shut up, write the check, and stop wasting their time on my concerns about their used car. This car had a dead battery before i test drove it, they said it was fine, after i bought the car it wouldnt start the VERY next day. I drove 1.5hrs back to the dealer for a new battery. No compensation. Barely an apology. Poor service after the sale.service and sales are great
by cindyatwood143 on 07/28/2014We had our first oil change today which was free. We worked with Michael G in service and while we were watching television our sales guy Ryan W came over and wanted to make sure everything was OK with our ownership. I was very surprised he… remembered us and even our names/the color of the car. It stuck out to me the level of personal detail which is always appreciated.Best deals & experience
by MVankatesh on 07/26/2014We looked at the 2013 MDX over a year ago with Ryan W and the sales manager Jason and we weren't able to get a good enough deal so we looked at Ed Martin. Hubler was the better price on the 2013 but we did make a decision and decided to… wait until the 2014 models. We just drove away today in a 2014 MDX and went directly to Hubler this time (we live in Carmel). They have the best prices in the area and we even spoke to a dealer in Chicago who advertises a better price but weren't able to do what they advertised. I am sending all my friends to Hubler.Great Dealership! Will go back!
by happyemjo on 07/07/2014This dealership has been amazing! My sales guy Robert S was awesome, the selection is solid, and they will do almost anything to make sure I walk out a happy customer. I haven't even bought a car yet and my sales guy has been nothing but… helpful and friendly through the entire process. This is a quality high end dealership and if you want great prices, great cars and great personal service I would definitely check it out! I know I'll be coming back again and again!not a happy customer
by vaneasy on 06/28/2010i bought a 2002 acura tl-type s and before i signed the sales agreement i asked the service dept if the engine had a timing belt or a chain and they told me it was a chain so i went ahead and bought the car only to find out it was a timing… belt that needed to be replacehe td and that costs around 900.00 dollars and if you dont replace it you take the chance of it failing and completly trashing the whole engine. I tried to work something out with the dealer and to no surprise they act like im asking for a million dollars!! All i wouldve liked them to do is atleast have people in the service dept. that KNOW the cars they service, and replace the belt!!! I would recommend that if your gonna buy a car dont buy one from them b/c they treat you like gold before they get your money and like dirt after. I never thought i would have to get a second opinion when i ask the service dept. what type of timing belt or chain the tl has in it. A quality dealership stands behind the cars they sell and dont slam the door in your face when a customer is not happy!!!

ScottburgTony, We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. To clear up the air, you agreed to purchase the vehicle "as-is" due to the special financial arrangements we had made. We had also warned you prior to the purchase that our product knowledge on Ford's was not as valuable as Acura's or Honda's, but you reassured us and yourself by stating "I know Fords". When you came back to us the following Monday we offered you the following with NO CHARGE: Sirius XM Receiver, Brand New Radio From Best Buy with Sirius XM & the option to swap into a vehicle with Sirius Radio and lesser miles, but you had respectfully declined. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience and attempted to make it right to reflect our core values and awards of customer satisfaction. We hope everything works out in your favor as time progresses with your Fiesta. Thank You- Hubler Acura
