But before we looked at the vehicle our sales representative took a brief moment to go over what we want in a vehicle to make sure the one to look at… was meant for us which showed us their thinking of their customers and not just themselves like other dealerships I've been to in the past. whole process was quick and simple. All departments are awesome and made the overall experience I look forward to again and again. I went in… there with thoughts that they are going to be pushy car salesmen, but they were complete opposite. They were easy to work with and very understanding. I see now that they do want you a part of their family, they do not want to take your money, they want your business. I will continue to purchase and lease vehicles with Pat McGrath. Andrew Miller greeted me at the door and was very professional and this time the high pressure was taken away and I felt comfortable with Andrew as if he was a… friend! Andrew did an awesome job at explaining the vehicle to me! I brought my wife out the next day to look at the equinox! Although we liked the look of the terrain better and a couple other things, we liked Andrew and his professionalism and it wasn't no longer about comparing the 2 vehicles it was comparing the salesman and Andrew earned our business on honesty and kindness!
