Very polite and helpful with no pressure.
Called about a pickup and Jim answered all the questions I had about the truck he also had it inside and ready for me to look at when I got there.
I will buy my next vehicle… from them

The Harlan Keast did not… dissappoint us either. The minute we stepped in were greeted with a smile, they accommodated us, and did an excellent job explaining everything...plus we got a great deal.
