He was very helpful and attentive to what I was looking for. Not only that, but, he was very quick to respond to my texts and calls. I contacted him on a Friday and I was signing paperwork and getting my keys the following Monday!!! Now… that IS service at the next level!!

They are very interested in the customer when doing the deal and will work with you and answer any questions you have about the vehicle you are purchasing from the… moment you walk through the door till the end of the deal. All Crest would do is cover the tow bill. I would re-consider purchasing anything from this dealership. I had… hoped for a positive outcome after seeing the good reviews online, but maybe they reward good reviews. by happy cust. on 10/19/2023Crest Ford was very accommodating with my niece, who did not have transportation to get to the dealer, or back to her place of employment.. When we took their used car to a mechanic shop nearby, who had run a full diagnostic on it, and… found out the scope of the repairs, Crest Ford gave us that nearly that amount OFF the price of the vehicle. Because of the price of the car ($5500) it did not come with a warranty but since we got it checked out, and they paid for the majority of the repairs (less new tires and a gas gauge) we were able to purchase the car, which was one owner and no accidents.New car
