    Had to buy a new car as my old one suddenly died, dealership made me a good offer on my M5 with a bad engine and got me in a newer one with little drama. They treated me well in the service department and sales department. Nothing but good things to say

    Best car purchase ever at BMW of Chattanooga. Our Client Advisor (Salesman), Jacques Smith, was fantastic. We found him to be very knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, and patient. My wife and I highly recommend requesting him to be your Advisor. The Sales Manager, David Goforth, was great. He was very approachable and easy to work with. The finance officer, Brandon Tanos, was very good and really comprehensive in explaining and answering the various details. The “BMW Genius”, Ayden Haley, is truly a genius at explaining how the technology worked and the processes to be used to complete the various needs for safe, comfortable, and a wonderful driving experience. The vehicle is really a work of art and technology. Very happy that we are new “family members” at BMW of Chattanooga.

    Worst car buying experience of my entire life started the buying process in mid December and finally bought the vehicle 3 weeks later. Decided to finance and was quoted a rate of 2.99% At closing the rate was 4.99% Nobody told me of the rate change till signing paperwork. I was furious and I should have walked out. Nobody attempted to make this right I’m still so mad. Also your cashier check policy is terrible for out of town buyers like me
    • Charles, thank you for allowing us to earn your business. We regret that your visit was not up to the standards we strive for. I would like to point out that we did in fact highlight and communicate that the purchase quote when you started the vehicle search process was based on December programs and rates that would most likely change during the new year. During the month of January when the purchase moved forward we sent an updated purchase quote reflecting a higher payment due to the change in interest rate. We can fully understand the frustration in the program change from one month to the next and before the paperwork was completed we discussed this change in rate in the business managers office. We did offer a heavy concession on warranty and maintenance program pricing to try to make up the difference. We left that conversation hoping their was a mutual understanding that the program change in interest rate was beyond the control of the dealership. We are disappointed to hear that this frustration was not fully resolved before the transaction completed on your new vehicle. Thank you, Chris Hidalgo – General Manager

    The team did an excellent job with communication with most being handled remotely. Once onsite working with the sales and finance team the team had me on my way with the new vehicle within two hours. I have never experienced this type of efficiency at another dealership.

    This is how car buying should be. Simple and painfree on my end, everything (car and paperwork) was ready when I arrived at the dealership.   • AWESOME BMW Experience!

    My husband and I had an AWESOME experience @ BMW of Chattanooga. Our client specialist, Jacques, was very responsive to our initial inquiry email (he called us within the hour!). He answered all of our questions and informed us of the current offers from BMW. We scheduled our appointment with him for the next day. Jacques understood our requirements and we test drove the new X3. As soon as we returned to the dealership, we ordered a 2025 BMW X3 — in fact, we built it with Jacques! He made great recommendations! The day after ordering, we realized that we wanted to add the blue calipers to our build — Jacques took immediate action and had it added to our build (which was already at the BMW factory). This was above and beyond, because the vehicle build had already been added to the factory production schedule. Jacques made sure that we were aware of ‘our BMW garage’ so that we could follow the production of our new X3. That was really exciting. Our X3 was delivered 4 weeks after submitting the build! Jacques kept in touch with us along the way and let us know when we were days away from getting the car. When it arrived, he scheduled our pick up appointment, set up time with the BMW genius (to set up profiles and review new functionality) and with the finance department. Jacques had the car in a warm bay with a giant red bow on it!! We were thrilled! From start to finish, our experience at BMW of Chattanooga and with Jacque is 5-stars! We highly recommend this dealership and, in particular, Jacques. THANK YOU!!

    Brandon the Salesman, Brandon with Finace, and Phil all made my experience memorable. I truly appreciate their patience and professionalism with helping me. I live in Nashville and I had to drive 2 hours but they made it all worth it. I am more than happy with my new car. Ask for Brandon the salesman! 😇 also Brandon with Finace is hilarious definitely made the process fun. Oh almost forgot they are honest and don’t pile on packages when you don’t want them. Once again, go shop with them!

    John Griffis has been very helpful from the beginning to the end of the process. He has worked diligently to make sure I get the car I want. Though, there are some hiccups near the end of purchasing process but he turned it around to make it easier for me and nice. If you are searching for the model you want from BMW, he can definitely help you get one even it’s not in his dealership. Thank you!

  • Missing Vehicle Title, Poor Communication

    Two months after we purchased our brand new 530i from this dealership, they still have not sent the title to the bank. We called the dealership to ask what the status was and nobody called us back for a week. They claim their computer system went down for 2 weeks. I don’t believe that. So now we are fighting with our bank because they didn’t get title.

We did in fact suffer from a nationwide system outage that hit majority of auto dealers causing a wide range of delays in many aspects of our business.
