    Mr. Tony Williams was my service mgr. He explained what would be done on my car as it was my first service visit. I enjoyed coffee and cookies while my car was being serviced and it was done in a very timely manner.

    This was my first car to purchase in 13 years and it was a wonderful experience. My sales person, Gabby, was excellent and knowledgeable, actually saving me $6,000. Everyone that I came in contact with in the dealership was extremely nice. David was also a pleasure to deal with. I will use them in the future!

    Everyone there is extremely kind to my Grandfather, Frank Izard, who has been a customer at Tameron Honda FOR YEARS! We came in and Trent Tate took great care of us. Not only did he make it a simple and easy process for my Grandfather - since he is 95 but he also made sure to talk me through all of my options so I knew what I really wanted in a car. THANKS!

    Service was up to usual high standard. Turned out that all that was needed was oil change, but service included massage of fancy bell-and-whistle applications

    I was told to come in and they would take care of me and they did. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will do business again with Tameron Honda.

    I was pleased with my ability to schedule the service quickly and very early in the day. My service advisor was very helpful. (I think that the small blue cloth that Honda sent me last year when I bought the card might have been removed accidentally.)

    Once again Tameron Honda has gone the extra mile to provide me with Superior Experience in purchasing a new car and in servicing my 2007 Accord for my g-kid. Phil Nelson and Felicia in Sales are outstanding! Zach and Jason in Service listen, follow through on their promises and make the ownership and maintenance of a Honda...easy peasy! Thanks to my team at Tameron for 9 years and counting of a great relationship!

    I only had an oil change but they did a great job and did a complete vehicle inspection. I waited on the car and it took approximately 1 hour on a Saturday which is exactly what they said. Good job and good experience.

    Work done correctly. Problem solved. Had to chase down a service rep to explain my questions on exactly what was performed, but the one responding was extremely knowledgable on what was corrected and why.

    We are still under the 2 years of free oil changes and every time we go for an oil change everyone is so nice and friendly. We have bought 3 cars from Tameron and would not hesitate to purchase another when time comes.

    Came in for oil change and tire rotation and was out within in an hour. Also maintenance department noted I have a cracked WS which may be a warranty claim. So next time I bring it in to the Delearship they are already aware. Thanks.

    Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Tameron Honda. It was my first time purchasing a new vehicle so I was a little unsure of what I wanted. The salesman worked with me throughout as we looked at many different options. I am very pleased with my car and plan on returning in the future.

    No one looks forward to taking their car in for service but I can honestly say Tameron Honda makes the experience as enjoyable as possible...comfortable waiting rooms with options for table seating & no tv for working or reading; another with wall mounted tvs & lounge chairs & another that is kid friendly. Free snacks & coffee available. The most professional & friendly staff imaginable. My appt for for 10:30 a.m. I arrived at 10:15 & drove out at 11 a.m. Had been sent an online certificate for half off oil change & full safety inspection along with the reminder that it was time for service. Just doesn't get better than that! Thank you, Tameron Honda

    The technician waved me in, took my info, and took the car. It was finished in less than 45 minutes. The waiting room is the best I've ever seen. Free snacks and drinks, multiple rooms, with multiple TV's.

    The body shop did an excellent job repairing my bumper and we extraordinarily friendly. I was disappointed that tamerons advertised free oil change for the first two years was not honored. I've had my van one year and ten months and was charged for my oil change even though they pulled my file and had my information they still charged me.

    Service Personnel was exceptional. Chris Powell the Sales Representative was personable and knowledge. Service was extremely fast and all Staff were very accommodating.Tameron has been timely, fair and pleasant to work with since I purchased my Honda. Thanks Chris.

    The environment was relaxed but fun and much better than the typical stuffy dealership. They went above and beyond to make my trade-in easy and fairly negotiated. They even fixed a couple small cosmetic issues with the car I was buying right there on the spot before I left so I didn't have to go back when they were less busy. All in all, I would recommend Tameron Honda to anyone looking for a used car.

    So I will start by saying, I don't have any other car purchase experience to compare my experience at Tameron with, but I can recognize great customer service anywhere (even over the phone). Before I ever stepped foot at Tameron, the sales rep consistently inquired about my need for a car until I finally made a physical appearance. I must say I did reach out to other dealerships and even visited a few, but the service didn't even compare to Tameron, so I had to check it out before I made a decision. Super glad I did! To me, customer service can make or break a sale, and my sales rep definitely made that one. I have yet to mention the customer service from him after I "signed my life away". Mind you, I was car shopping because my old car quit, so I was literally walking and catching rides. I signed all my paper work and made my down payment on Saturday night. Monday rolls around for me to come back and pick up my new car, BUT I didn't have a ride and it was too far to walk. My sales rep drove all the way to Prattville to come and get me. Mind blown when he texted me and told me he was on the way. That's over and beyond great customer service and anything that he had to do. I most certainly "love the way I was treated"! Thank you Chris P.!!!! I'm also super grateful for my finance expert, and this smooth writing fine tip pen. Thanks Calvin!! These guys and others throughout Tameron lived up to the service hype and I'm glad to have experienced it. Btw I'm loving my NEW ride!!
