EASIEST purchase ever and great customer service

Terrible experience
by amy on 12/19/2019Bought a car a few weeks back and have had problems with it ever since. Has been back to service twice with the same problem. They tell me the car is suppose to have a shudder in the transmission. Really,,,,,, shuddering down the road every… 10 seconds . Not buying it. Will have my attorney handle it from here.THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

Low and behold we still were undecided after looking at several options and when I say the sales representative Gavin and the General sales… manager Riz went above and beyond they truly did! They helped us pick out the perfect car and it was even newer than the original one that we were looking for at first! Riz worked out the perfect deal for my husband and I!!! I absolutely would recommend SKCO! We would also love to give a special thank you to Gavin and to Riz for making our experience so wonderful and so personal! by Tim on 09/16/2019We just purchased two vans, a 2016 Ford Connect & 2017 Chevy Express. I drove the Connect home to Brandon, Ms., and they are shipping the Chevrolet. Matt, the sales manager, made the buying experience so easy and hassle free. Everything… he promised was done! The air on Chevrolet was blowing hard but not cooling. No problem. They charged it up and then went above and beyond and put new compressor in. Would highly recommend to visit these guys. Jimmy, the sales person was top notch as well. They have a brand new facility, the greatest and most respectful salesmen I've ever met. The managers there try their hardest to make sure they get… you the best rates and best deal to fit your wants and needs. They have highly trained mechanics to help with any mechanical problems you might need, and the service department will make sure everything is done quickly and properly. Don't even get me started on their detail department, wow, that's the only word that comes to mind when I think of how clean and detailed my car was when I purchased it. When you come to SKCO Automotive your greeted by a wonderful team of experts whose sole purpose is to have you leave in the vehicle you wanted and happy that you chose their establishment. My family has been buying vehicles from SKCO for many years and we'll always come back. It's great to be able to come back and see the same people that continue to help you each time. by NewCustomer on 07/21/2019updated 07/29/2019I purchased a vehicle on 7/18. The next day I had issues with it starting &’ battery issues. I took the vehicle back the next day. The service tech acted as if he did not know what to really do or what the problem was. My car was at this… dealership for SIX hours. For one that is unheard of. Secondly as of today 7/21 I am STILL having issues with my vehicle cranking. There is an inspection tag that says it was last inspected on 6/5/19. If it had been checked thoroughly I would not be having any of these issues it is utterly RIDICULOUS & SAD that I am having to keep coming back and forth. Do not come here. They knew this car had… problems and let me drive off the lot with it. How dangerous is that!! Now a wk later my engine light is coming on. They sold me a piece of crap and they are [non-permissible content removed]! Do not buy a car from this place!!excellent service!!
