I drove 2 hours just to find the truck I wanted. High Country gave me the best price of anyone around and the entire process was very stress free. Chelsy Barnes was great to work with throughout the process. She was very patient working… with me helping me find what I wanted. I'll be back!

Quick and easy

After filling out a short credit application I was quickly contacted again to tell me that I had been approved.… Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly sales team that wasnt trying to rope me in to more than I intended. Amanda, whom I spoke with first, was very helpful answering any and all questions I had before introducing me to the salesman, Corey, that would be helping me. Corey was very honest and straightforward with me, no games, no hassle, no trying to sell additional items. by Tooshort on 02/17/2018I bought a used vehicle from the store through the tent sale. The salesman Al continued to text me after I told him I had to work a 16 hour shift that Monday. I told him repeatedly that I would fax him soon as I got my bank statement. This… is after I paid him $5,000 in cash and all other items neeed plus insurance on vehicle plus banks approved loan right off the jump. He texted me hurry, your causing me money, your holding me down, I dont understand you, dont understand whats taking so long. Are you slow etc. I still have yet to get what I was promised with total detail, tire rotation, balance etc. still have his messages in my phone so I can show proof to the company.Excellent Buying Experience

by jadedbuyer on 01/17/2012updated 04/26/2025I purchased a new Toyota from High Country and discovered within a couple of weeks that both a door and a quarter panel had been re-painted (verified by body shop). Their sales paperwork includes language which leaves the buyer with… absolutely no legal recourse, not even on a new car purchase. I complained to every regulatory body available, to no avail. I complained multiple times to Toyota Motor Co. Each of those complaints resulted in Toyota's calling it a "sales issue" and referring me back to High Country. I demanded that High Country either refund my money or pay for a new factory-quality paint job. High Country's response was for me to come back and "talk about it". I believe High Country's sales techniques to be highly deceptive. I asked very specific questions during the purchase process and received false answers. It was a long, miserable negotiation and by far the worst car buying experience in a lifetime that has seen quite a few car purchases. Prior to this experience I was a long-time loyal Toyota customer. I doubt very seriously that I'll ever purchase another Toyota product. They don't seem to care how their dealers get the cars sold. Before buying from this dealer, check out their Better Business Bureau rating.Nonresponsive Dealer
