Good Job & No One Is Perfect

Usually I like to give your fine company the best of the best rating, everything I asked to be taken care of was and well too with the exception of my tire… rotation I think. Now if I let go of the wheel it goes to the right without hesitation. Beats me to death what's wrong, maybe I need a wheel alignment or have the air adjusted in my tires. Thank You, Anthony J. When he was attending to another buyer who arrived before me, I was not left alone. His colleague Les showed me around… and let me test drive a 2016 Escape. Once I decided to make the purchase, Dale took my husband and I through the process without any pressure. Then, he was right there by my side for the tutorial and syncing up of my phone. I know for a fact that I never would have understood all that had I been left to read about it and set it up for myself. Dale is to be commended for his knowledge and personality. Brian in Finance was great to work with too. He went through all the documents page by page. He made the financial transactions easy to understand and his great personality made it fun to work with him. Thanks Gentlemen!Great Service! Good people..

by Shhorses on 09/22/2015After getting the run around and the hung on from Berge Ford, I called Robert Horn Ford. Immediately, I was amazed how the first man I spoke went above and beyond to get me in touch with the service department regarding my car's issue. No… one was answering, so he walked my name and number all the way over to the service department to give to Toby the service manager so he could call me right back. Toby called me right away and was very proactive in getting everything set up so I could drop off my car for repair and pick up my rental car before they closed given that it was a holiday weekend, and I couldn't be without a functioning car. I truly appreciate everything Toby did for me and how both of the men I had interactions with, went above and beyond any and all expectations I had. I will definitely keep Robert Horn Ford in mind when it comes time to purchase a new vehicle.Great Service

by jeeholdings on 09/22/2015I bought 4 new tires and the installer left a white wax film all around the rim on the tire it was very hard to get off and not sure what it's from. Also when doing an oil change standard procedure should be to reset the computer for the… oil change. Not sure if it was because of the Cadillac brand but should have ask or simply just forgot. Only thing that I noticed was that who ever serviced my car had dusty dirty shoes as my floor mat on drivers side had dirty shoe marks (my feet aren't that big). It… would be nice if they clean up after themselves a little more. Especially since this is a brand new car. Other than that, everyone was friendly, great atmosphere and great customer service.Great Experience
