The salesman did a wonderful job showing me what was available. Knew all the ins… and outs of the vehicles. He was very friendly and called a week later to see how I was enjoying the car and to let me know that if I had any questions or further assistance to feel free to call him. The Finance mgr was wonderful as well, he made the signing of the contract very easy and explained everything very well. This is my third vehicle that I have purchased through Horne Ford and have referred others to go see them. I would definitely return.Outstanding

Found out that a temperature sensor had failed The technician replace the defective part . The vehicle was returned in… working order that same day as promised now we are a lot cooler driving around in Arizona before it became summer thanksAnother great experience.

Derek corrected a shoddy job that was done by another mechanic at a different shop, and now my truck is handling… beautifully! The work was completed in a very timely manner, the cost was a lot more reasonable than other shops, and I'm very happy with the overall experience at this dealership. by rhook on 02/13/2010I have been looking for a sporty mid sized car on the internet for some time now and have visited many car lots and dealerships. Some of the sales people we encountered were lacking in either social skills or experience and their… advertised cars were not what was expected. I found a car that I was not really searching for but caught my attention at Horne Ford in Apache Junction. Being it was close by we took the drive up just to look at it. We were pleasantly surprised by the awsome look of the dealership and how clean it appeared as we drove in. We were then greeted by a very professional and pleasant salesperson named Tony Petriccione. I told him of the car I had seen on the net and he said he would be happy to show us. So long story short, I bought the car. I went through the financing with Brian and took the car home all in a few hours and never once felt uncomfortable. I even got a good deal on the car. Tony's got a great phiolosophy, easy to deal with and works with you throughout the whole visit.Had service done at Robert Horne Ford
by cysteel on 07/31/2009I could not beleive that Robert Horne Ford did not even wash the pickup that i had taken in for service. The left greasy finger prints on the hood of the vehicle and on the doors and didn't even take the time to clean the vehcle. There was… another lady there picking up her expedition and I noticed as I followed her out to the freeway that the vehicle she just picked up from service had an extremely low tire. I just can not believe that they don't check anything like all of the other Ford dealerships do to make sure that you are on the road safely. I would recommend driving a little further to deal with a company that is trying to keep your business not just stay afloat.

I had the complete opposite experience at this dealership than the customer had in this review. My vehicle has always been returned to me in pristine condition. A couple of my family members also use Robert Horne Ford exclusively for service, and have always been very happy with the repairs and the overall condition of the car after repairs were completed.
