    My husband and I worked with TJ R. and Jay P. to purchase. While buying a car can sometimes be painful, this experience was much more pleasant. After we purchased the car Pablo H. stayed late to show us how the accessories, especially the navigation worked. After we purchased the car, our XM radio was not working. We couldn't get anyone to help until we called Pablo and he was able to resolve the issue quickly.

    About a week agowe started shopping for a new car. Our first plan was to check out Camrey,Ford, HondayAnd Honda.We went to Earnhardt Honda first and were approched by a sales person Martina T. She was so well equiped to answer our questions, especially the technical ones.She spent time answering our questions And we never even thought to leave to go to other dealers to look at other cars because we knew we were in good hands and would be treated fairly by all of their staff. She was able to program our phone to work with the car to get Pandora, Blue tooth and GPS. Any of the staf at Earnhardt Honda would do as much as the person we dealt with. I highly recommend Earnhardt Honda to anyone interested in a new car.

    I recently purchased a 2013 Honda Accord and was very suprised by the service i received. Tony and Chad were the sales people i had the pleasure of being with and they wasnt pushy or force anything and they explained everything in full detail. I recommend purchasing a car from this Honda dealership just because they have outstanding service and they meet your every need. I am so happy with my purchase and will be a return customer.     I have always been a Chevy owner and had no desire to even look at a Honda. Out of the blue on the way to an appointment I found myself at Earnhardt Honda. Robert S came out and I explained I only wanted to look at a Pilot. Robert immediately helped and answered all my questions about the Pilot. It ended up being way too big. I turned around and saw a 2014 CRV and remarked how cute it was. I can honestly say I would not have purchased my 2014 CRV without Robert S. He and Carlos O were both helpful and courteous. I will definitely recommend others to Earnhardt Honda.

    Francisco R assisted me with the purchase of my new Accord EX, which was a very pleasant buying experience. It's my third purchase from Earnhardt and because of the excellent customer service, I'll glady refer any friends/family to see Franciso if they're in the market for a new Honda.

  • Go see Martina at Earnhardt Honda!

    I have never been car shopping before. All of my past cars have been private deals. So the process and reputation of working with a car dealer was unappealing. Martina was the first person we met at Earnhardt Honda. She took care of us from beginning to end. And even though the process was long she stopped to explain everything to me and made sure all my questions were answered. We stayed within my budget and I am very happy with my lease. I don't know how many times that evening I heard Martina say "I love my job." But it definitely showed.

    On 3/9/13 we purchased a car from Elton E at Earnhardt Honda in Avondale and were very satisfied with our experience. Elton, Marty (in finance) and Joey S made the experience smooth and painless. This is the 4th car we have bought from Avondale Honda and we will return again and recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks guys!

    We have had such horrible experiences with car dealerships and car salesperson we were not looking forward to going anywhere to look for another car. Well, we stopped here and we could not have been any happier with our experience. Martina T, was our salesperson and she made this visit a really pleasant one. We were ready to walk out the door because we normally want time to think about a purchase before we buy, and we all agreed on a number that worked so the deal was done.
