    In late December Jeff Burrell messaged me and asked if he could help with any question about a vehicle on your website and a few days later i put an order in for the 2023 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid. Jeff kept me updated on the car and it came in February 22. He called and told me it was in and we went to your location in Chandler to do the paper work. Thank you Jeff and everyone else that was involved in the transaction . I was pleased to get what i wanted for my trade in after a little haggling that made the deal final. My service Advisor, Scott Fort, helped with my appointment, taking care of my vehicle needs and even did some more help with some other questions I had. The job was completed in less time, - an added bonus! The wait room was relaxing. I never mind taking my car in; with each visit Scott has been there to help me through!     I made an appointment for an oil change at 8:30 got there and they said they had to see if they had the oil filter for my GMC. I let them know the car has been here before. He comes back yeah we got it and you only have one oil change left with the extended warranty you purchase I said no I only I use one of the oil changes. He comes said oh yeah you’re right so now it’s 9 am. Long story short let there I believe at 11:30. I feel this is a little long for and appointment oil change

    Much better than I expected. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. My Sales Rep, Lisa Miller, was a pleasure to work with. She was able to quickly address any question or concern I had in a a straight forward manner. Her professionalism and follow through in a low pressure style added confidence to the transaction. The trade-in process was straight forward and in-line with what I expected. The paperwork was quick and clearly described by Eddy and was missing the “add-ons” push but rather was clearly and professionally explained. A very low key and pleasant experience across the board.

    In a time when most dealers were charging additional dealer markups, or loading a vehicle with costly, worthless add-ons, this establishment was actually advertising significant discounts below MSRP. The only add-on was window tinting, which was a reasonable price and not unwelcome in the hot, desert environment where they are located. There were no high pressure tactics, even in the finance office. If you are in the market for a Honda I wouldn't hesitate to check them out.

    My sales person, Carl, was great. No pressure and answered, to the best of his knowledge, all of my questions. Since it was a cash purchase, there wasn’t much in paperwork. Time spent in finance getting title work done was maybe 15 minutes. Auto Nation Honda even paintless repaired a couple of body imperfections. Thanks again
