AC Leak
by Kschoon1 on 09/30/2023Check-in, even with an appointment was slow. Vehicle diagnosed with an AC Evaporator leak which was not covered by the Honda issued warranty extension. Estimate to repair was over $2200.00, declined.Great, as always.

Recall on electrical safety and audio

Horrible service
by Amy Chaira on 09/27/2023I purchased my vehicle from Honda of Chandler and their sales floor was amazing. My first service went well! After my second service my vehicle broke down on the way home. I had to contact Honda service department to tow my vehicle from… my home. It was a hassle and no empathy or even concern from the service team. They had my vehicle for two weeks, gave me a bunch of crap about parts they ordered and said it was looked over thoroughly and was in amazing shape now! 2 weeks later my vehicle broke down doing the same thing that they thoroughly inspected and had it in the shop for two weeks! Exact same thing, nothing different! I got to Honda on a Saturday because my vehicle that had just been in the shop two weeks ago for the same reason was having the same issue and the sales advisor says… “you don’t have an appt there is not much we can do, open your hood.” (His name was Jordan). Then he proceeds to say I know what’s wrong with it, let me just have someone come out here and fix it real quick and you can be on your way. I was livid, they had my car for two weeks claiming to replace parts and it is doing the same thing and he says, “someone forgot to tighten the bolt on your whatever pipe, I don’t understand why you’re upset, we are all human, we make mistakes”. Did not inspect the car or make sure there was nothing else wrong with the vehicle. Not one apology or even one human kind gesture considering I am a customer. I am leaving a review but I will continue sharing my story and I have been in contact with corporate because the behavior of the employees in the service department was horrible and someone needs to take accountability for this. I also spoke with Daniel a service manager that seemed loss for words. He didn’t apologize one time and when I asked for a receipt to show what they had done to my vehicle it took him 30 minutes to make one and when he handed it to me on the top it said, customer declined inspection, I told him that I never declined anything and he said well we didn’t have time. I said then I want the invoice to state that you didn’t have time because I did not decline anything. I could go on and on about the rude comments from the service team but I think this shows enough to understand that my experience was less than even a one star.Car servicing

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & UNETHICAL & UNSAFE SALES TACTICS

Unwillingness to make things right, lack of empathy, knowingly sold my family a (LEMON), clearly unsafe used… vehicle, with the Business clearly aware and not resolving a pre-existing mechanical failure and openly passing the buck & blaming (me) the consumer, even though clear evidence shows, no fault of my own, but being treated unfairly as a woman, and left carless with no recourse, especially when I am going through the hardest time of my life and this dealership is ok with just leaving me & my family stranded. Well organized system for service appointments
by pweirather on 09/11/2023I took my 1998 Honda CRV for inspection for two recall items. Happily both items passed the tests, so no work was necessary. Initially, I waited for the shuttle they offer, not knowing how long the inspection and any repair would take;… Ashton was the tech and was very professional and considerate, and he made a point to alert me in the waiting room about 5 minutes before shuttle was to leave and let me know my car was ready. Poor customer service for oil change appointment
by Disappointed on 09/09/2023Most disappointed visit with this dealer. Sale advisor was being rude because he was not able to make other services sale. Knowing customer having very young children waiting on the curb side, instead of the advisor walk to the customer to… sign on his I-Pad, he intentionally asked us to walk up to him on the other side with all the moving cars. The cost of an oil change was double or triple of what I can get from other place, would at least have a minor car wash but that was not this case.
