    My husband and I went to a few different dealerships to look at the Jeep Wranglers, before we came to Earnhardts. The sales people at the other dealerships were either too pushy or seemed like they didnt care to sell us a car. When we arrived we were greeted by Art Quezada and he was very knowledgable and helpful. Finance also went smoothly. When we left, I felt great! We bought the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, and have no feelings of regrets.

    My car buying experience was very pleasant. Buying a vehicle can be a pretty traumatic experience, but Sean Plunkett provided exceptional service and made the entire process very smooth. He was courteous, and both he and his manager went the extra mile to be helpful and get me in and out of the dealership in record time. Plus, I really love my Hyundai Santa Fe and would definitely purchase a vehicle from Earnhardt's Chrysler Jeep Dodge again.

    When I got to the dealership, I was greated promptly but it wasn't like many dealerships I've been to where a flock of salesmen come running toward your car as soon as you pull in. George Morley was my salesman and I must say the best one I've dealt with. As we walked through the vehicles, he asked general questions about what I was looking for in a truck but it wasn't pushy and invasive like many of the people I have dealt with in the past. He found the perfect truck for me, we test drove and went inside. I ran into an issue with my credit report saying that I was deceased which was a mistake from my wife passing last year which saddened me because I thought I wasn't going to be able to get the truck that I wanted. George and Victoria who was the one who did my financing provided me with all the help and information I could ever hope for in getting it cleared up and a week later, I was back and ready. The negotiation process was smoothe and easy, and seemed more like a friendly discussion than a car buying negotiation, we came to an agreed price quickly and painlessly which was the easiest negotiation I've been through in purchasing a vehicle. The finance process was a breeze, everything was explained very well and I purchased an extended warrenty which I am very happy with. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and George Morley and Earnhardts have EARNED them selves a customer for life!

    Love my car AND appreciated the patience and guidance we received from our salesman! Sean and his manager Kevin worked diligently to make our deal work and there was no pressure! It actually made our buying experience exciting and memorable. Earnhardt's deserves their reputation for quality and professionalism!

    I don't usually write reviews but I felt I had to here. My experience at Earnhardt chysler jeep dodge was great from the second i met George Morley my salesman I felt confident I would get a great deal and I know I did. I love my new caliber and the payments are right and I even got to meet the General Manager Kevin he was so nice and made me feel like my business was important and not just another deal. I also feel like the finance person Jim Wright wasn't trying to take for a ride he gave me a warranty and gap insurance at resonable prices and got me a great rate. Thanks again for all your help Earnhardts!

    I recently had the pleasure of shopping for a new car at Earnhardt Dodge. The entire staff were the most courteous and friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE group I have ever encountered. My knowledge of cars was basically zilch and I felt a lot of trepidation as I drove into the lot. But my fears were quickly allayed. I got the car I wanted at a payment I could afford and the sales staff treated me great, the finance department were efficient and the entire experience was FABULOUS. It is no wonder that the Earnhardts are still around after all these years...this dealership KNOWS ITS STUFF.

    When purchasing a new car, I always get a big thrill until I think about the experience I will have to go through to get the vehicle I want. I mean the sales experience. Well I just have to say the last experience I had dealing with the people at Earnhardt Dodge was like a breath of fresh air. I actually enjoyed the experience. I walked in and was greeted immediately and courteously. I stated what I was looking for, the price I wanted to spend and in a very short time, I was in front of the finance manager that could make that happen for me. Thank you Earnhardt Dodge employees for finally making my car buying experience one that I don't have to dread in the future.     I'm 68 years old and the 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon I recently purchased from Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge was my first new car. Why? I've always been put off by high pressure salesmen who played price games and obviously had only their own welfare in mind. I got none of that with Earnhardt and Andrew Sparks. From the moment he said hello, Mr. Sparks' professional manner and patient sales leadership set my wife and me at ease. We explained what we wanted and when Andrew discovered that they did not have the exact car in stock, he did not try to sell us something we did not want. He suggested we order the exact car we wanted and quoted us a price that was well below other dealers. Our beautiful new Jeep showed up two weeks ahead of schedule and we finalized the deal and were on our way in short order. I later had a top of the line security system installed at Earnhardt and that too went like clockwork. We have another Jeep Dealer just about a mile from our door, but we are so pleased with Earnhardt that we are going to drive the 40 extra miles to have them service our new car.

    I just bought my 3rd car from Earnhardt Chrysler Jeep Dodge and once again it was a fabulous experience. The salesperson was very nice, not too pushy and worked hard to help me make my deal. Their inventory was the best and the deal I got was fantastic. I told them what I wanted to pay (I had done my homework online) and they were able to make me a great deal. I would recommend this company to everyone. I met the General Manager, Kevin Murphy, and he was very nice and let me know he was always available, if my husband and I ever needed anything. Most of the people there I had met the previous purchase and some the purchase before that. You can tell they care about their customers!

    I went into Earnhardt because of their "Mr. Ed" financing department. These guys are so nice! I went to the dealership alone and was concerned because I am a younger female with no one there to help her out. But the guy that I worked with was so nice to me. I don't have very good credit and I owe $3000 more on my car than it's worth. Rick, that's who i worked with, told me what cars I could get financed on and then explained in detail why I wouldn't get financed on others. When I told him I didn't care for the cars I could get financed on, it was no problem! He still took me around the lot to see what other cars were available to me and when I still wasn't interested in anything, he didn't try to pressure me into the other cars. He even told me that he would take a look at the other network dealerships to see if there was anything there that I would like and he would give me a call if he found anything. I highly recommend this dealership. I went to both the Chandler and Gilbert locations and got the same friendly, no pressure, all around great experience!

    I made an inquiry online and within an hour Mike responded! I told him what I wanted in a car, down to the price I was asking, and he made it happen. All I had to do was go to the dealership, sign my name, and drive away in my new car! Mike Harding made it easy and he made my car buying experience so comfortable. I would definitely recommend Mike to all my friends and family who are in the market of buying a new vehicle! Thanks again, Mike!

    I decided to buy a new vehicle after waking up on Mon, 4/29, and started my research process using the buying service of my bank. 3 dealerships in the PHX Metroplex emerged as potential candidates. I picked Earnhardt Dodge in Gilbert if for nothing else close proximity. Arriving after lunch, I was met by Arthur Q. In an highly efficient and professional manner, we walked the Durango vehicle line where I selected a model and got started on figuring the financial numbers out. I actually challenged the young sales "professional" (added emphasis) as I was an out-of-state buyer with a registered out-of-state trade-in vehicle without a title available. The challenges did not appear to affect Arthur. So, after less than an hour, the proverbial handshake occurred and the paperwork moved on to the finance department (where another extraordinary professional, Ken, took charge). With everything accomplished, Arthur linked me up with my new Durango, and introduced me in great detail as to the special equipment items and related strengths of the vehicle. Somewhat overwhelmed (not his fault), he completed the introduction. Subsequently, he asked me if I wanted him to link my cell phone with the Bluetooth system of the Durango? How could a 59-year old guy turn that offer down? At the end of the day, the experience was perhaps the best I have ever encountered in terms of true professionalism, attention-to-detail, service and integrity! I highly recommend Mr. Arthur Q and Earnhardt Dodge!

    Our recent Jeep Wrangler purchase originated from internet inquiries to several valley Jeep dealers. I was specific with the options and color I wanted. I received calls and emails from all that I made the inquiry to. None, except Earnhardt Jeep, had the specific vehicle with the options and color I desired. The other dealers tried to get my attention by telling me they had the vehicle I was seeking, but when I viewed their suggestion it had other options which I did not have interest. Jacob D, Sales Advisor at Earnhardt CDJR, contacted me via email and phone. I was not always available to take Jacob's call or reply to his emails. I informed Jacob that Earnhardt did indeed have the specific vehicle I was seeking. Jacob provided me with pricing for the vehicle. After I received the pricing info I informed Jacob that we could work a deal with what was provided. I was out of town at the time and informed Jacob of my situation. Jacob was patient, although persistent to assure that he would earn my business. Persistent, but not a pest or pushy. Jacob only wanted to know what he had to do to earn my business. When we arrived at the dealership Jacob took us to the specific vehicle we were interested. There was no inclination to try to upsell or look at another vehicle. Jacob knew exactly what we wanted and did not want. My spouse and I had some discussion on an option on the vehicle that wasn't completely agreeable to both of us and we were almost to the point of factory ordering. Jacob put that to bed for us with a counter-offer. We then agreed on the purchase, filled out a portion of the paperwork and then had to get home because of prior commitments. We returned the following day to complete the transaction and take possession of the vehicle. In my opinion, this was truly the most hassle free and enjoyable vehicle purchase experience for me. Jacob was the "star" in this transaction. Understanding of his customers wants and needs. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle which the Earnhardt dealership sells, ask for Jacob Dufurrena on your arrival. I am certain he will do whatever is necessary to earn your business and assure you get exactly what you are looking for without any of the pressures or sales pitches we all have experienced at other car dealerships. Thanks Jacob....good job.

    I purchased a Dodge Charger through this dealership and had a great experience all around. I was told of Earnhardt through a program offered through my bank and was given Carlos as my sales representative. I was extremely pleased with his customer service from the moment I met him until even after my sale was complete. He was informative onthe different types of style's and trim's that were available and was polite and patient with me while I made my decision. I was very happy with this as this was my first car purchase in a number of years and wanted to be sure I was selecting the right car for me. Carlos was courteous, respectful, and patient while I made up my mind and requested to go on a test drive multiple times. After my purchase was complete he also guided and helped me through with a number of different features that my new car had. The other employees that I also interacted with were all polite and courteous to me also. The finance manager Sid that I was sent up with also made my experience easy and comfortable. I would recommend Earnhardt and Carlos to my family and friends on their next car buying experience.

    We visited Earnhardt Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on a lark. It was the first stop on what would be multiple shopping trips to dealerships, looking at Nissan, Hyundai, Honda, Kia, and Toyota. I would have never guessed that we would ultimately end up with a 2014 Durango, but we did. We were helped by a gentleman named Joe C. Pretty much one of my all time favorite people already. "Radio Joe", they call him. He made the process fun. He knew the product. He was never pushy. He pointed us in the right direction and helped us decide what was right for our family to purchase. The facility is beautiful and relaxing. Fresh snacks, popcorn for the kids, (sealed) jolly ranchers in the bathroom. We been saw Tex himself saunter in and greet customers. It makes me feel good knowing that we bought from an established AZ business that has roots here. Financing was easy. And we got an amazing deal on the Durango. We are certainly happy with our purchase, and would easily recommend this dealership to our friends. In fact, we have already told our folks that they ought to get a Journey. And of course we told them to go see Radio Joe.

    I just recently purchased a Town & Country from Tom White. He did a really great job of making my wife and I feel at ease during the whole process. After buying the van and driving it, I noticed the alignment was not right. When I brought up my concerns with Tom and Manny (sales manager), they worked really hard to make things right. ...Earnhardt says "no bull" because they have people like Tom & Manny working for them. Thanks again and I hope to do business with you soon :)

    I purchased my vehicle from Earnhardt Dodge and the service I received was excellent. Arthur was our salesman and he was a good listener at hearing what we needed for a car. I will be telling my friends about this experience.

    Mike and staff had to work extra hard over 2 days to put this deal together that would fit my financial situation. I wanted a particular Ram 1500 and it was the only one I wanted. Once again, Mike worked hard to make it happen; he was never discouraged, he just made it happen. This was our 6th vehicle with Earnhardt and it is people like Mike that keeps us coming back.

    I went to several dealerships and nobody would work with us but we told francisco what we were looking for and where we needed to be at payment he took the time to help us out and he did and excellent job.
