    Jake showed top quality customer service after I had to deal with Eric who was rude and patronizing. My advice if you get stuck with Eric, ask for someone else unless you like rude and uncaring.

    F250 - The team at San Tan Ford have been terrific. They know what they are doing and I like knowing that my truck is maintained and will not leave me stranded somewhere due to an overlooked maintenance issue. I strongly recommend this service team. We have lived elsewhere and I have serviced this truck at a couple of dealerships due to travel. San Tan feels like home and I am comfortable that any issue I present will be dealt with fairly and competently.

    The entire staff over at San Tan Ford have always done a wonderful job for me. Being senior citizen, and not knowing much about cars maintenance needs, they have always let me know in advance what the car will need and what to expect. I know they are being fair and sincere and I feel they would never do unexpected, overpriced maintenance. Used them for years, recommended them to many!

    I put my complete trust into Eric Paget and his crew when I take my Mustang in for service.. He's always honest, very friendly, and efficient.

    I had an appointment to have my 2011 Ford Mustang serviced in the Quick Lane. I arrived a bit early and found myself behind a long line of vehicles awaiting service, so I settled down for a long stay in the waiting room of the service department. To my surprise, my vehicle had been serviced and washed in less than an hour. This has been the shortest wait I have ever had at San Tan Ford when having my vehicle serviced. I was ecstatic. Great job, Eric!

  • Mediocre service, poor communication

    I brought my 2015 explorer in for some warranty repairs. Was told it would take 1/2 day. 8 hours later I called them to find out status. No communication from them regarding delay. Problem not fixed.

    service was good. however, some transmission fluid dripped for a few days and i had to return and have that checked. i have no complaints. care must be taken to assure that the undercarriage is wiped clean after a major transmission fluid change is done

  • Transmission is Running Better than Ever

    I had some issues with the transmission of my 2014 Ford Fiesta and had to wait for a couple of months for the parts to come in, before the problem could be resolved. All the while, Eric Thompson and Kellie Williams kept me updated and informed. When I was able to get in to get my car fixed everyone was extremely helpful; from scheduling with John McKenzie to getting a loaner car with Logan Daenzer, the process was smooth and allowed me to continue with my normal schedule. The Fiesta runs great now and I am so glad I was able to get it fixed at San Tan Ford. Props to the entire team and staff, you guys rock.

    My experience with San Tan Ford was very wonderful. Most of the staff has "IT". We were very well cared for from start to finish, and then some. Buying a new car is tedious, annoying and very stressful. I had none of those with San Tan Ford. I felt like royalty, I'm very serious about that. I love my new 2015 convertible Mustang, and so does everyone I drive by. Thank times infinity.

  • Door window issue

    Bought a 2016 Mustang GT after 8 days it left me stranded bad battery and also had to have the passenger window return it and not happy with the way the window goes down when you open the door on the driver's side was told that was normal my 2014 Mustang didn't do it my 2012 Mustang didn't do it rubs on top of the door frame when you open it every time like it goes down too slow when you open the door

    We have all our vehicle serviced here and have purchased a 2015 focus we are very happy with the quality of service from both the sales and service personnel very professional very clean dealership would recommend them to anyone!

  • Stay away from San Tan Ford

    Where do I start? I purchased a new 2015 Ford Edge from San Tan. My salesman Chet Hulon was decent but could have spent more time learning about the product that he was selling. Let me move on to the problem. After negotiating until nearly midnight, I finally agreed on a fair price and payment. The dealership sent me out the door with a "new" car. Only problem is that we didn't see all the problems in the dark. The next day I discovered a hole in the driver’s seat, a dent in the driver’s rocker panel and some body plastics falling off. Living over an hour away I couldn't return as easily as I wanted. I went back in later to discuss the problem with the sales manager, Brian Large. He told me that they would fix all the problems. I was just informed after 3 visits to the service department including two failed attempts to fix the hole in the seat; the sales department will not replace the seat cover. Kevin Dewy and Brian Hutchinson said that the dealership was only patching it as a courtesy. The repair has made the seat look horrible and I see it every time I get into the car. The patch just keeps falling off and is a different color than the leather. Not to mention the overspray on my paint. The dent has yet to be repaired and the body plastic came off again. Don’t get me started about Rober Pemz (Service Advisor). I left my car for more than week and they never offered a rental or loaner car. They didn’t even offer to reimburse me for my gas. This was to fix what should have been fixed prior to me receiving the car. When I returned the work that was to be done was only somewhat finished. He told my wife that we would have to come back for the rest later. My advice, Go To Another Dealership. Any Dealership! Stay Away From San Tan Ford. They are not looking after their customers. Shame on Tim Holvik (General Manager) for running his dealership this way. They only want the $$$$. I am happy with the car but I am never going to purchase from San Tan Ford again.

    I would not consider taking my car or truck any place other that San Tan Ford for any kind of work. I have trusted them since they opened their doors and they have never let me down. The score of 9 simply reflects that there is always room for improvement no matter who you are.
