He gave me a better deal than the other offers and I bought the vehicle. He took the time to go over all the features and helped me set… everything up. My wife and I bought new phones and had to change some things. Chris was not available so Patrick Cook, another salesperson, spent over 2 hours helping me even though he was not my salesperson. Great Service until you buy
by Qwikfix on 11/08/2024We had a great experience with buying our new 2025 Chevy truck with Bonita Meedi. She showed us everything that was on the truck and stayed with us until after 10:00 pm. The problem that we had was when we were in finance that we… mentioned we had GM rewards but he had started the paperwork and it was 10:00 at night, so he said, just talk to the manager tomorrow. We talked to Charlie the next day and he said, to come pick up a check the next day. We came and they said, no we have to submit it to GM for the rewards check and then we can get it. I called GM on the 10-12 and they hadn't heard from anyone. So, I drove back to the dealership with the lady from GM on the phone and handed the phone to Charlie!! She had gotten it done on her end and was waiting for Charlie to submit his portion. After several dozen phone calls and coming in 5 times, I finally got my check on 11-7 from Howard Thaler, who kept apologizing to me for the run around and miss information I was given. We have bought several vehicles from you and our Truck was around $70,000. It was shameful the way I was treated by your staff! Bonita tried to help me even on days she was off! She is by far the best person on your staff! Helpful, honest and did exactly what she said!..Hello, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. new car sales
by none111 on 04/17/2024On 4/9/24 I purchased a 2024 Corvett, paying cash. The sale went well and was handled bt a woman named Bonita Meedi. The individual that walked me through the setting of the car showing me how everything worked was great, very nice,… informative, and knowledgeable. When I left, I was given only two papers: a AutoNation paper noting the accounting Distribution and an ADOT slip representing the Arizona Vehicle Registration for the temporary plates. I thought that all the paperwork I wanted would be completed during the time I spent learning how to operate the car, it apparently was not. I asked that all the paperwork be emailed to me and was told it would be. I have emailed Ms Meedi 4 times asking for the paperwork, with no response. We called and spoke to her requesting the paperwork, again no response. I have received two email from her, One asking that I give her name to anyone I think might be looking to buy a car and the second to give her a great review if I we asked by the dealership or AutoNation how she did. That is not going to happen, I will give her a honest review, very different than what she is looking for. I would recommend the dealership, but am personally not happy with the sales personHello, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Left hand doesnt know what right is doing

Was told cant do it that way-guess what -after 3 trips there and several discussions it was done the way I asked first. Wouldnt do out of state title… for me-last car I purchased in Az they did on line immediately.Then several days kater after I wrote check to pay in full-got call saying I still owed $1000 dollars because they made a mistake on math.Hello Kenneth, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Rushed delivery
by trkdoc714 on 03/30/2024Rushed through the delivery even knowing there were repairs needed to make the car safe. Old school car dealer tactic of spot delivery. Lessons the chance the customer will get cold feet or ask for additional repairs. Two weeks later, the… repairs were put back onto my shoulders to drop the car off at the dealer for repairs. No ETA for completion. My fault in that I didn’t make them repair the car before taking delivery. Routine Service
by PLehnert on 12/29/2023Brought my truck in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. This took 2+ hrs. I also had a bad window switch that I wanted replaced. The switch that controls my passage side front window works erratically. The truck is under… warranty so it should be a quick fix. They stated they couldn't mimic the issue. I know they pushed on the switch until it worked and once it gets going its good for awhile. They even showed me and as I left the dealership it was working. I told the service writer that no way it just worked for them. I didn't get a mile from the dealership and it stopped working. Not sure why they couldn't just replace the faulty switch as its under warranty. I'll be going to another dealership moving forward.Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
