I turned in my Trax lease and bought a 2025 Chevy Colorado. The experience was fabulous and done I. A timely manner. Mark Aurilio was professional, friendly and courteous. The fiancé department explained all the paperwork and answered all… my questions. It’s been just over a month and I get checkin contact from Mark.

Great Experience
by soccermike65 on 07/20/2014Overall, from start to finish great experience. There was no pressure from sales staff when looking at the vehicle options to signing the paperwork. There was a huge variety of vehicle options, including used and new and a variety among… models. I felt very relaxed and glad I had chosen AutoNation. Jim, my salesmen was awesome, he knew everything about my Equinox and took the time to explain and show me everything about it. Jim was very accommodating and helpful during test drive since my wife was unable to be with me, we were able to drive car to my house and allow her to take a test drive as well and explained everything to her. Amazing person and amazing dealership. Five stars from me.Very professional organization

I had done my homework and knew what my trade in was worth which was confirmed when I negotiated with… several other dealers. When I arrived at Power Arrowhead, which is a very nice facility, I was greeted by Terry Lavender, the salesman I dealt with. He was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable about Chevy vehicles and had been selling there for a number of years. We quickly located a vehicle that suited my needs and I was on my test drive within 15 minutes. The negotiation process with the sales manager was very professional and reasonable. We agreed on the deal and I was on my way in less than 2 hours.Outstanding Service Department!!!
by rasco3 on 03/29/2008I have tried several Chevrolet Dealerships through the years and in the area. When I first drove in I was greeted promptly and professionally by service advisor Scot Davis. I could see that the atmosphere was different than any Dealership I… have ever visited. It was not the typical chaotic experience that you normally find at Car Dealerships. Scot earned my trust in a matter of minutes, and he kept me informed throughout the day to let me know what was going on with my car. Surprisingly, compared to some other Dealerships I have been to before, they fixed my car the first visit! I definitely plan on purchasing my next car at Power Chevrolet Arrowhead. If the Service Department is this great, I have all the confidents in the world that the Sales Department is also.Great leasing experience at Power Chevrolet in Peoria, AZ.
by 40yearfan on 01/15/2008I worked the deal over the internet, confirmed it with a phone call and then drove out to the Peoria to consummate the lease. Saul Agguire was the salesman and the only person I had to deal with (besides the guy in the finance department).… He had gotten all my pertinent information and had a lot of the paperwork done before I arrived. He had my wife and I drive the vehicle and inspect if for any defects and within 1 1/2 hours of arriving at the dealership, I was setting in the finance department signing paperwork. This was the fastest I've ever been able to lease a vehicle and I really appreciated not having to sit at a dealership for 4 to 6 hours trying to get the best deal and watching them stall and hem haw around trying to finagle a few extra bucks from you. Saul was straight forward with no BS involved. This was a great car leasing experience. I'd highly recommend this dealer and salesman to any who are looking to buy or lease a Chevy in Arizona.We wish to thank you for your generous review. We were glad to hear that we lived up to your standards and the standards that we set for our dealership. Thank you for driving the 35 miles to our facility and we hope you will continue to travel to our GM certified service department.

by HardlineBuyer on 03/04/2014updated 04/27/2025I was working a deal on a Malibu at another Chevy store in the Valley but they weren't willing to begin negotiating by e-mail or text and kept insisting they'd have a reduced price ready when I came in. I told them I needed a good reason to… come in and in the meantime started an internet deal with Arrowhead. Arrowhead matched my desired deal on a vehicle that was $1500 higher at MSRP, and they put the entire deal workup in writing, so I told the first dealer I was headed to Arrowhead. The car they quoted was at the other Autonation store but I saw a similar one on their lot. I didn't like the look of the spoiler or wheels on the vehicle, so the salesperson indicated there was a higher rebate on another vehicle that I had mentioned as my second choice, and showed one to me. I knew the minute I sat in it that this was the vehicle I wanted more, so we worked the deal and I took it home that night. They made arrangements to fix the windshield of my lease turn-in at their shop, and made this purchase the smoothest of the last several I have leased. The thing I liked best is that they don't pack the vehicles with unwanted extras like hydrogen in the tires, ultra-violet protection for the paint (it's already in the mfg.'s top coat, window tinting, etc. that at the other dealership added almost $1000 to the car before you even get started. They are fast, efficient, and completely transparent in dealing with you at Arrowhead and that is a refreshing change from many other stores.Best Experience Ever!
by mrsdances on 03/20/2014updated 04/27/2025I used a purchasing program through Costco, one of the large warehouses in AZ. I was referred to AutoNation Chevrolet on 91st Ave & Bell Rd. I spoke with Mike D on the phone and set up a time to meet with him. He was very knowledgeable and… didn't make me go through a bunch of paperwork before getting to test drive the Make and Model I was interested in. We took the vehicle for a drive, and he let me go where ever I wanted so I could get a good feel for the car. I told him that I wanted to check out one more vehicle before I made my decision. There was no pressure applied to make the deal "now". When I returned, ready to make the purchase, I felt comfortable through the whole process. Being a newly widowed person I was concerned I might be taken advantage of, like with other dealerships I had been to in the past. It was such a relief and a great car buying experience I recommend the dealership and Mike D to everyone! Thank you to everyone at the dealership who made this such a wonderful experience for me. I did buy the car through Costco which made it easy but the "people" part was outstanding. Everybody was friendly and nice and Mike D was sweet and went… through everything with me. Even tabbed the manual for useful sections. Has also been in touch to make sure that everything is working fine. Later I had a small problem with the clear covering on the door panel. They took care of that right away. I also like the waiting room which is so nice - computer access, etc.Great experience, good deal

I knew what I wanted, was shown it immediately with no up-sell pressure. Lisa was awesome and even ended… up delivering my car to me (with a full tank of gas!) when I was unable to pick it up for a few days. She was exactly what I was looking for in sales. Nick in Finance was friendly, efficient, and made my paperwork a priority knowing I was waiting. I don't live near the dealership but would go out of my way to shop there again. by 4norm78 on 11/24/2012updated 04/27/2025In July of 2012, I purchased a 2008 Certified Pre Owned (CPO) Saturn Vue Redline from this dealership. The car had 47,000 miles on it. As a certified vehicle, a 12 month, 12,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty with free regular maintenance… for 2 years or 24,000 miles was attached to the purchase. First off, the dealership sent my financing to a bank instead of my credit union as I requested. After numerous complaints, I received my license plates on the day my temporary plates expired. When I complained to the dealership management by letter, I received no response. From day one the car had problems. Here is a list of items that needed repair within the first 90 days: Steering wheel crooked Passenger side windshield wiper inoperable Heater vents inoperable Vibration from ABS Battery died I was out of town with the vehicle when the brakes started vibrating intermittently. Upon contacting my salesman, I received no assistance whatsoever. When the battery died, I contacted GM to file a complaint against Arrowhead Chevrolet. The best I got was a certificate worth $100 for the NEXT time the piece of crap breaks down. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. In my opinion, the sales staff is incompetent, the finance staff is rude and the dealer management is not responsive to customers. I tried to come home, but its back to Lexus, Acura and Audi where you are treated like a human being.No Bull!!!

He took me directly to the vehicle I ended up buying and explained all the features and benefits. The transaction was seamless and… without all the usual "back and forth price quibbling". I told them what I was willing to pay and they accepted my offer.Great experience
