Buying Experience.

by tryingtobuy on 11/16/2013updated 04/29/2025Found it on Edmunds; phoned dealer, spoke w/"Internet Mgr"; car was in Svc Dept. so made appt next morning to see it. Asked for txt to confirm. So...no txt, but went to dealer at appt time, "Internet Mgr" wasn't there, car wasn't there,… said they sold it & different guy tried to show me something else. Waste of time, typical dealer runaround. No wonder people don't like car salesmen. Will make it a point to let people know not to work with Bell Honda.Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that your experience was not what you expected. Bell Honda has a very large inventory and thou our staff does a good job of walking the lot each day and knowing where everything is, at the end of the day they are human and can misquote. It sounds as thou they tried to fit your needs with a different vehicle but, I can understand having your heart set on particular vehicle. Again, I apologize for the miscommunication and appreciate the feedback.
Long wait times for all parts of the sales process
by MV_guy on 09/03/2013updated 04/29/2025It was 90 minutes before they even wanted to start discussing pricing. Not surprising, was several hours before the deal was done and the keys were in our hands.
