    Total nightmare dealing with Bill Luke Chrysler this dealership lies to each and every customer. Don’t believe me? Check out the Bill Luke blog on its website it says buying a car from Bill Luke is simple and stress free it go’s on to say that all you have to do is apply its that simple! Well it’s not that simple… My wife and I did just that applied online and that’s when the nightmare began. We immediately spoke with a live person at the dealership in internet sales soon after we applied who told us we only require a down payment of about $1,000 – $1500 based on your information with a (795 fico score) mind you we just applied online and all ready told this. We were okay with this down payment than the amount changes to a much higher down payment $2200.00 dollars sales says we will apply this amount to the loan and remove the car from the website so no one would try and buy it, fair enough even though we were told to put a lower down payment. Next day we are told we are approved and that we will have to fill out documents standard stuff no problem we did just that and submitted all of the required forms of identification less stool sample so where is the nightmare part? After we filled out all the paperwork gave the [non-permissible content removed] our much higher down payment provided them with all proof of identification including power of attorney/notorized form we are than told that they will not release the vehicle until the bank funds the loan! Than the dealership says to us we have been burned in the past and we just don’t release the car due to our policy! We told them we were approved and you have everything we have been told to submit well it is now 11 days as of 12/6/2017 and we were told this morning the bank has not funded the loan as of yet we may looking at two whole weeks. We have spoken and griped/vented to so many people there in the last week that everyone in that dealership knows who we are… really folks? Were now the talk of the town in Pheonix so unless you don’t have a real strong marriage and the patience to wait past 11 days for a vehicle you are buying for your spouse same the cost of a divorce attorney and seek elsewhere they have been in business over 80 years doing business this way? Pathetic excuse for a dealership burned in the past who says that to a customer? When we were approved for up to $54,000 dollars handed them our $2200 down payment and only wanted a small commuter for less than $11,000 dollars.

    I have bought 3 vehicles from Bill Luke, they have always been good to me. The only thing I would recommend is the timing. I absolutely hate waiting forever waiting on financing.

    Shane meet me before I walked in. He was polite, efficient. He was not pushy at all. He listened to what I wanted and delivered! Luis in finance also was great! Professional and didn't push the extras. I appreciated them both! I drove home in my 2015 Kia Sorento that night! I am very happy with Bill Luke and for their professionalism.     Dealership responded quickly to my email inquiry, and on my visit fully recognized the internet pricing that brought me in. The dealership is pretty resolute in no price reductions from the internet pricing, indicating that this is their preferred business model -- put lowest cost they can to make a small profit, and sell many vehicles. Personal interaction was very cordial and friendly. No aggressive or high-pressure interaction at all, just calm and reasoned explanation when we had a pricing difference to be resolved. Dealer support, especially explaining the vehicle operation after purchase was really well done. Fiance was also excellent, with clear explanations of everything, especially the very valuable add on bumper-to-bumper additional warranties.

    I purchased a 2018 Dodge Durango from Bill Luke Chrysler Dodge on Monday. The salesman, Terry Lowe, was super. He was very helpful and polite. Terry answered all of my questions. I then met with Ricardo Juca who assisted me with the financing of my vehicle. I was treated very well and Ricaardo helped me get the lowest interest rate possible. This was my second time buying a vehicle from this dealership and they have a customer for life.

    My interaction with the salesperson was fantastic. No games or gimmicks, but finding the car online proved to be better than the price it had on the lot. Financing was done with another person who was very "motivated" for us to buy all the other optional features they had to sell. But that was the only time I felt any pressure to buy. What concerned me was the financing. They offer special incentives if you use their financing first before refinancing through whoever you want later for a better rate. Their financing is atrocious, but as long as I can refinance through someone else it's not a bad deal to get extra discounts. Its just a weird way of doing business that looks a little shady at first. I would definitely consider them again next time I am in the market. But finding the car and the right price online before coming in to the dealership seems to be key.

    We had a great experience working with Richard the tech guy, then Marlon in sales. However, the sales manager seems to be arrogant and did not provide good customer service even after asking to speak with him since we had several questions. The sales person had to go back and forth to the manager to ask the questions we had. Not a good experience from that perspective but otherwise the rest went well and our teenage daughter was very happy to get her first car. Thanks!

    My experience at Bill Luke honestly changed my opinion on car dealerships. As someone in sales, I have little tolerance for pushy sales people, attitude, and upselling. Our Salesman Lionel was honest, followed up with me, and made the process feel casual. I feel equally fond of Thayer in Finance. My fiancé and I laughed with them all night - not my usual experience in a dealership. I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was.
