    I bought a Challenger a couple of weeks ago from an extremely cool sales rep named Jerry A. I signed all the paperwork. The car was to be shipped from another lot in the couple of days. Over the weekend I came to realize I could not afford the car at all. I called on Monday and pleaded with Jerry to hold the shipment and let me out of the deal. Instead of turning me down or saying it was too late, he listened to what I had to say. He sympathised with my situation said to come in. If we couldn't work something out, we could part ways with no hard feelings. The next day I showed him what I really could afford. It was so far away from the original agreement I thought it was a foregone conclusion that the car was too expensive. It wasn't. Jerry really worked some miracles to get me into that Challenger. Since then he has made follow-up calls just to see if everything was OK. I think this guy is aces.

    I walked into this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted. I explained in detail my needs to my sales rep. He was able to meet my exact requirements within about 15 minutes without haggling or trying to "upsell" me. I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in about 2-1/2 hours. This is the most prompt courteous service I have ever had at any dealership!!

    Bill Luke Service.This is the ONLY place I take both of my vehicles and have for several years. Their front line staff are very pleasant and informative and the mechanics are the best in the business. They never try to 'sell' you things you don't need. They give options with no pressure and I appreciate that. Any of these negative comments are from people who refuse to speak up and state they are unhappy - THIS place will always honor their work and make it right.

    I want to let people know that I had a great visit to Bill Luke Dodge. David was great from the time I arrived until the car went home with me. David and I had to go out to Costco to see the car that I wanted since it was being used for a promotion. That wasn't a problem to do. I had a problem going to see a car that being used for a promotion at other dealership a few years ago. Was able to work out deal within a hour or so. Neville in Finance was great to work with also. I would purchase another car in the future from this dealership. I would recommend the dealership to anyone.

    Well, I can't say too much nice about the Bill Luke Repair Shop. Hubby called in and scheduled everything w/ Cheryl, so I took our Dodge truck in for a tune-up and an alarm re-code w/ 2 remotes. When I got there, Cheryl tried to tell me it was going to be an extra $55 for the actual recoding on top of the initial $165 she quoted my DH over the phone. I told her, no that's not the right pricing. Then she tried to tell me the re-coding was going to cost $265 instead of the $165 because she insisted my truck had a HEMI. I told her, no it does not have a HEMI (I wish). She re-checked the VIN and finally told me it would be the original prices she quoted my husband over the phone. Then, after 2.5 hours of waiting with 3 kids in their waiting area (which was nice, by the way), I go to her office, and she tells me all of these things that are wrong with my truck and the O-2 censor is throwing codes. Yeah, right. She says tech has to test-drive truck again. So I sit and wait another 20 minutes. I call my husband, he gets there in 10 min. He arrives at the repair shop, demands they get the truck out in 5 min., and demands to speak to a manager. We get the truck in 2 min. and manager throws a total attitude and was far less than apologetic. He did not apologize and refused that these things could have happened. 3 hours later and furious, we get the truck back, runs great and all, but what a hassle!!!! We will NEVER go back. . . EVER! And can I also mention that there was another couple waiting to talk to the manager who were also getting ripped off for $135 to lube their car door. Not good.

    When i had my 2009 Ram in for service they were fast and got the job done, They even wash your vehicle when they are done and also have a free shuttle to take you home and pick you up later. Great experience.

    Was treated with the utmost respect during the buying process. Was given many different options to choose from with regards to financeing and was given excellent prices for other options that i chose to have in my financeing. I have had in for service and each time truck was done as promised. When i took it back because of a recurring problem they litterally went out of their way to get it fixed right. I will buy from them again in the future.

    They put me in a car which was an upgrade from the one I already had a SOLID deal on with another dealership-long story short (you can read the whole interesting saga and view my contracts by request) & guaranteed me a deal w/ them w/ the same lender as the one who already approved the deal elsewhere but now I would be driving my 2008 chrysler sebring but had better features & options if I returned the car I had & transferred my down payment to their deal ($500 more but hey, the car was an upgrade) so I had a solid deal and per the lender who did support my concerns with the first deal said that they could finance thru another dealer so long as car was similar and fell within the approved deal parameters-Bill luke salesman called me and said deal is 100% a done deal. I had already been thru enough with the first deal i was reluctant and it prompted me to remind the salesman that if he was unsure even an inkling that I would prefer to stay with the car I had-he guaranteed done deal over and over so I returned the car I had on the word of Bill Luke employees to read my very detailed saga go to [violative content deleted]- so we do the deal and off i go-shocker-i get a call 3 wks later to come in to sign for a better int rate w/lender -i didnt care about saving $15 bucks so i tried to ignore them-however they then go for "the lender needs it to be the same as your prev interst rate so I go in & all they have for me to sign this time is one little line rather than the multiple docs on may 9th-so i come in on may 29th -comment on how this was easier than my prev signatory session and off i go....some 51 days of having the car they demand on a friday night 9pm i return the car or their filing criminal charges...used scary words like "credit" and "repo" -when hysterical in every & any sense of the word asked why they said per no az license-my fla license acccording to them was a deal breaker....wow where in my contract did this topic come up or warrant my signature? nowhere that's whr-so i advised that my employer would be happy to put into writing that our dept. & co. was in both tempe az & tampa florida besides the fact tht the coborrower had an az license was not important to these guys..!!! I pull my [violative content deleted] from my purse & tell Larry Lee that I believe that demanding the car back on a friday night a 9pm doesn't allow me time to have an atty look over docs nor allow me time to make provisions for my saturday shift at work& I explained I would need to talk to an atty because something just didn't sound right to me-he said the car would be repossesed- by the way I was not in any default of payments. so panic stricken per the co borrower stating that a tow truck showed up only moments after my talk with Larry Lee who stated he was only acting on instruction of his boss "NEVILLE" I told him about himself and how they should be ashamed of themselves...they were all aware right out of the gate that I had a florida license...so I stall as it is friday night and I want to consult with an attorney....so monday I call this infamous Neville who tells me to meet the stipulations or return the car..i said "no problem" but it requires going to court and the dmv to reinstate my az license so how much time are you giving me "Neville?" he said "NONE"!! He was too busy lying to himself and trying to lie to my about how hard I was to reach and "blah blah blah" how funny especially due to the fact that I get emails from them re my new purchase etc. he was a full blown [violative content deleted]. I swear I could almost smell the "u know what" thru the phone...so I stood firm in my postion and requested a time out so I could see what rights if any I had...!!!! I contacted several attorneys but being a monday morning it seemed to be a slower response time than I had available per the [violative content deleted] sending tow trucks to cirlce the neighborhood and I thought about the humiliation factor if my car was towed out of my

    Found a car that I liked on their internet add. Came in and it was already sold but they had a similar car for more money. I said no thank you and left. I look at their internet add the next day and the car is still listed, I called and they said I could come look at it. When I arrived I was told it was sold but they had a similar vehicle for a little more money. I think their internet adds are a ploy to get you in. I'm pretty sure this is illegal.
  • Sales Lies to Get You In Then Change The Deal

    I worked up a preliminary deal with the Internet Salesman before coming in since I live very far away. I gave him all of the info on my trade 2004 Yukon 36K miles, no lien, etc. I offered him $9000 plus my car for a used jeep. He took it to the sales manager and replied "it looks like we have a deal here". I explained to him my hesitation because I live so far away and I want to make sure we are in the same ballpark with respect to the money so I didn't waste my time and gas. I made the long trip over there and asked for the sales manager that that internet salesman told me to contact. He acted like he didn't know who I was or what I was talking about. He sent me out to drive the car with a floor salesman. I found out that several of the items they mentioned the vehicle having (soft top, roof rack, etc) in the ad, the vehicle did not have. I came inside and basically felt like I was starting from scratch making this deal again. I called the internet salesman over to help me out. He told the salesman that there were notes about this deal up at the desk. They took my car to the used car sales to figure the trade in value. We formalized my deal that I had made over the internet ($9K plus my car) and submitted it to the sales manager. Note that this is the very abbreviated version... about 2 hours has passed at this point. There was alot of sitting alone in the glass cubical. So the salesman came back with the deal from the sales manager.... my car plus $23,000!!! Now that isn't anything close to what we worked out. I sent the salesman back with the print out of my internet email deal. The manager came back and started to tell me that it's a "big hill for them to climb". I reminded him of our preliminary deal - but I guess that was just their ploy to get you in. I demanded my keys and walked out. I don't know if they were trying to take advantage of a female going in to buy a car by herself or what. The next day I called the internet salesman and told him what happened. He acted shocked and said he would find out what's going on and call me back. Yep, you guessed it... no call back. Don't fall for their tricks and lies! I would not trust this company at all and would never buy anything from them ever!
  • Horrible Customer Service

    DO NOT GO TO BILL LUKE ON CAMELBACK ROAD FOR ANY SERVICE OR REPAIR. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I was recently in an accident with a Geico customer (their fault) and Geico directed me to the nearest Geico Express Repair Center, which happened to be the body shop at Bill Luke. The repairs were completed on time and in a satisfactory fashion; however, when I got into my car to drive away, I found my seat to be broken. The seat was fully functional prior to me leaving it at the Bill Luke body shop and now it does not work. Additionally, it was reclined about 30 degrees further than I ever drive with it. When I raised the issue with the body shop, they reluctantly took it to "review the damage", but claimed to not be irresponsible for the damage that clearly was not an issue prior to the car ever being in their possession. I escalated the issue from the account manager to the body shop manager (Wally Stokecrand) and ultimately to the general manager, Kim Carter [violative content deleted]. I did not like to hear what the body manager had to say, but at least he was polite and respectful to his customer. I was frankly appalled and offended by the treatment of the Bill Luke General Manager, Kim Carter. He was disrespectful, dismissive, irresponsible, and just plain rude during our phone conversation. He refused to hear the issue that I had, accept any sort of responsibility, or offer any sort of options as a solution, aside from me to be "more responsible for taking care of my vehicle". Mr. Carter should be ashamed of himself and his behavior towards customers. He should learn how to treat customers with respect, especially in his current role as General Manager. I will never ever do business again with Bill Luke.

    I am 52 years old and purchased my first car at 16. I must say I have had some really bad buying experiences with salesmen and finance guys over the years. However, at Bill Luke my entire time with Rick and Eddie was amazing! Without a doubt the best time I have ever had making a large purchase. Bill Luke is lucky to have these two men working for them. I love my new Ram 3500 and so do a couple hundred people I work with. I've been recommending them to talk to Rick. My wife even have a good time. This is amazing I have never seen her laugh buying anything even closed to 40k. Thank you~ A new long Customer.

    Went to Bill Luke to start my process of finding what I want to buy. While browsing the new cars salesman David M came out and asked if he could be of any help. Told him that I was just starting the process of finding just the right car. At this point the salespeople usually can't get away from me fast enough. David was very helpful, opening the cars so I could sit in them as well as drive the ones that I liked best. Not ready to purchase a car yet but when the time comes I will without doubt go back to Bill Luke and look up David...

    This is our 5th Dodge and by far this was the best buying experience yet. They were very helpful in making us feel welcomed and most importantly,not pressured. We are out of town, but we would not hesitate going back to Bill Luke for our next Dodge purchase.

    I hate buying cars and I have to tell you this was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I am almost 60. I feel like it was about me not what can I sell here. The finance dept. was great and smooth!!! Whoever is in charge of the car buying experience training at Bill Luke...my hats off to you. I would gladly refer anyone to your dealership and would diffently drive the extra 45 minutes to purchase another car from Bill Luke. Thanks for a great job.
