I recently visited Camelback Toyota to get my first new car. I was a bit nervous and unsure about what to look for, ask, or how to negotiate the price. But Brent was an absolute lifesaver! He made me feel at ease and wasn’t at all pushy. He… explained things clearly and pragmatically, and he even went the extra mile to show me the specials and give me honest reviews of the cars he and his family had driven. I’m so glad I went to Camelback Toyota, and I highly recommend Brent to anyone looking to buy a car. He really helped me make a great decision and get a fantastic deal.

The experience in the sales staff (IAN) area where he stayed late to accommodate - made it a pleasure to do business - and - the kicker was… that the financials turned out that Toyota Financial Services offered a lower rate on the purchase than my credit union. 100% superb transaction all the way around.Customer service

Mark Dockx was super easy to work with - once I told him the exact vehicle I wanted he found it within a couple of hours and had the pricing/breakdown of costs for me. I thought i would need to wait a few days… because it was still in Casa Grande but when I went to the dealer, it was there waiting for me.Thank you for the 5-star review! Only thing Id mention is during the heat peak season is to have the rental cars cooled down and ready to go, but that being said I was thankful for the complimentary rental car… during the time of maintenance being performed on my vehicle. I wasn't even in the market to buy a car but my current vehicle was totaled in an accident (not my fault!) so I was forced to… shop for a new car. A family member recommended Camelback Toyota so even though there were 3 other Toyota dealerships closer to my house I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! From the minute we stepped foot on the lot we were treated with respect and friendliness! Very knowledgeable staff and easy to talk with, very friendly. Found what I wanted and got the deal rolling in no time at all! I purchased a Tundra from Toyota several years ago and the service was amazing. I recently was in need of a new vehicle for my… business. Since my experience was wonderful the first time around, I thought I would come back again. Needless to say, the service was phenomenal. One thing that I truly value is the longevity of their staff. I returned three years later and I was able to work with Robert again. I explained my needs to him and he listened. It wasn't the other way around. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he went to work with his team locating me a vehicle that fit those exact needs. I even requested several alterations and additions to the vehicle and with no hesitation Toyota got it done. From the sales team, to the floor managers, to finance and service my experience was exceptional.
