I would highly recommend David to anyone interested in buying or leasing a vehicle!!!!! I worked with David E for 3 weeks before I signed paperwork… to lease a new Chevy Cruze. He was always very kind and didn't pressure me to make a decision before I was ready. I can't take phone calls at work so he would text me instead and always responded to my questions right away. He was always friendly and his customer service skills are top notch! When I sold my car and needed a ride, he came and picked me up in front of my apartment and drove me to the dealership. David has also continued to follow up with me after I leased my car to ensure I was satisfied and to answer any questions.If you're ever stuck in the desert . . .
by ross58 on 05/02/2014updated 04/27/2025I can't say enough about Angela C, Jack W and Courtesy Chevrolet. My car broke down while I was driving from L.A. to Phoenix. After being towed 120 miles, I arrived at the dealership Friday night at 5:30 p.m. (after the technicians had… finished their day). I suspected I had a terminal transmission problem. Before 10:00 a.m. Monday, Angela was on the phone to me describing the situation. (Whenever you hear the word "melt" used with regard to your transmission, you know it's not going to be good.) As this problem involved work done at a dealership in L.A., where the car was normally serviced, there were questions about whether this was warranty work, who was going to pay for it, etc. Jack spoke to his G.M. representative and to his counterpart at my dealership in L.A. By Monday at 11:30 a.m., Jack had resolved all the "who's going to do what" details. My car, with its brand new transmission, was ready for me to pick up Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. Angela and Jack did everything they could to help. They explained what was going on, who was talking to whom, what needed to be done, and how long it would take. They were honest and professional. I'm only sorry I don't live near Courtesy Chevrolet. If I did, this would definitely be the dealership I would go to. Thanks, Angela and Jack, for a job well done!Anthony & Eric Made Buying a Chevy Cruze a Breeze!

I had done my research on the car I wanted to purchase (2013 Chevy Cruze) and Anthony L answered all of my questions over the phone before I came in. Actually, he took… all of my calls as I was considering offers from multiple dealerships. He was kind, patient, informative, and friendly...not pushy at all like I have experienced at other dealerships in the area. I arrived at the dealership 90 minutes before closing time on a Saturday, I called ahead and although Anthony was with another customer, he assured me that I would be taken care of with great care by another trusted associate. When I arrived, Eric greeted me warmly and was well informed about what I had discussed with Anthony up to that point. Eric took me through a walk through of the car, and even though I have driven it many time before on business trips, he managed to teach me several things I didn't know which was a nice surprise. After the test drive, Eric and the internet sales manager showed me the paperwork and set me up with the finance department. There was a tiny hiccup with the paperwork, I had negotiated the price with Anthony to include the cruise control accessory kit, an add-on that would be installed by the dealership's pro shop. This was not included in the paperwork and I noticed it at the last minute. For reasons unknown, the offer would not include the full cost of the part and instillation; however, Eric and the manager did provide me with a great savings on the accessory. Finance wrapped up my paperwork fairly quick as I had been previously approved for a loan through my credit union. Since it was late and most of the employees had gone home, I brought the car back to the dealership on Monday for detailing and a full tank of gas. I was able to meet Anthony in person and he took excellent care of me. The customer lounge is amazing! Great wifi connection, ample conformable seating, and a great snack/beverage bar. The car looked great when it was cleaned up. I'm heading back in later this week to have the cruise control installed, to pick up the owner's manual and spare key. I was very pleased with all of my interactions with Courtesy, Anthony and Eric are fantastic, and the company really does live up to its name.Thank you Courtesy Chevrolet

Thanks to Ivan and Dave in financing i was able to purchase my dream car, a brand new Chevy Camaro at only twenty one years old! I couldn't be happier! Now the now only thing overwhelming about buying this car was how easy, simple and joyous it's been. I am pleased to say that Seainn H is, unequivocally, the BEST service consultant I have ever met - at… Courtesy or any other car dealership in 30+ years. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, courteous, trustworthy and epitomizes the definition of customer service. Seainn goes out of his way to make my service visits as convenient and timely as possible, he calls when he says he will, he explains what needs to be done in a clear, understandable way and is a pleasure to work with! In today's world it is pretty easy to see who works hard and who doesn't, and it is very obvious that Seainn works VERY hard to provide the best possible service to everyone. I would also like to note that Christee M, in customer service, is also a pleasure to do business with; she is friendly, engaging and overall makes a significant effort to see that the customer is taken care of efficiently and in a professional manner. She also provides follow up calls after the visit to make sure that everything is OK, and her friendly voice is nice to hear. Frankie couldn't have been any nicer to myself and my wife and 2 kids. He listened to what we wanted and not what he wanted to sell… us. After going back and forth, Frankie was able to find us a vehicle that met our needs both option wise and financially. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Definitely not your stereotypical car salesperson. I will definitely be recommending Frankie to others who are looking to buy a car. Frankie personally handed us over to Lucy T in Finance. Again, I appreciated her being thorough in presenting us with all of our options, but not being pushy. Lastly we dealt with Alan P, our Customer service director. Again, a super nice guy and very professional. If this is how we are treated all the time, I look forward to all my future dealings with Courtesy Chevrolet. I used my USAA car buying option and he was VERY helpful during the whole process. At no point during my experience did I feel pressured to… choose something else which was more expensive. Anthony was persistent in finding the Spark I chose and arranged for a dealer transfer because what I wanted was not available in the Phoenix area. The other staff at Courtesy was friendly and mad my experience a good one...I would recommend Anthony to anyone I knew interested in buying a new car.Another Satisfied Customer

Googled for the nearest dealership called to see if they could even look at it, and they told us to come right… over. They had to wait until the car cooled to even verify the problem which would have taken a while, and where we were from out of town and kind of stranded they gave us a rental so we could still get around. When they did look at the car it was the water pump, and even warrantied under the 100,000 power train warranty, so other than a couple of hours out of our day it didn't cost us anything. Eric was very helpful in a fairly stressful situation.Loyal Customer

There was no pushy approach I'd experienced elsewhere. Kenny W s in sales was my… deciding factor in purchasing from Courtesy. Kenny was very genuine & honest about answers I'd previously learned through research. Other dealers wanted to make the sale, Courtesy & Kenny wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I appreciate considerate sales approach. I highly recommend Kenny W & Courtesy Chevrolet. The Manager sets a great example of what customers want to experience. They knew the loan didnt go through 10 days… prior. taking the car back and going somwhere else. I made 37 calls and left several messages to 8 different people still no response. I had to call and tell them I was interested in purchasing a vehical to even get through. I was promised several things and none where followed through. get everything in writing dont do any buisness with them. Go to any other dealerBuy your car here

I first started with the idea of contacting Courtesy to obtain a pre-owned black 4-door Cobalt with low mileage. I followed through and Steve Rymer, an… awesome sales specialist, received my call. I informed Steve of my desires, after which he located two 4-door Cobalts. Neither fit our desires so he invited us- my wife and I, to visit Courtesy and take a look at the new Cruzes. We arrived and he was so great that we forgot we were doing business. It was a natural flow of conversation, instead of an emotionally taxing session of financial sparring. We fell in love with a silver Cruze. Thereafter Steve encouraged us to attempt for approval and before we knew, we were in the new Cruze! Steve Rymer was an excellent, genuine businessman.
