Gustavo Maldonado wasn't pushy and answered all my questions about the… vehicle in a timely manner and even sent me videos of the Tahoe I had inquired about. Marcus helped us get the best deal and explained different options. Brandon at finance, Jesse at the body shop, and Mike at service were all very professional. I love my new Tahoe Premier and I'm glad I went to Courtesy Chevrolet!We appreciate your input. Bait and Switch advertising on their web site.

After searching on the web for a 2017 Chevrolet 3500HD LT vehicle I came across Courtesy Chevrolet website stating that they not only had 1 in stock but they had 2 of this model on their web… page and in stock with the Sale price of $45,858.00. So I called and spoke with Ivan and he said that he would look in to it and get back with me. About 2:00 that same day I did get a call back from Ken Samuels BDC Manager and he told me yes that that was the price and confirmed that the vehicle was correct. I ask him to send me some pictures of the vehicle and more info because we lived in CA. Ken never called me back, so I called him again to get the info and then he proceeds to tell me that the price on the web is only for Commercial Fleet purchase only and that if we wanted to purchase the vehicle the price would jump to $52,500.00. (There is nothing on the web that states that the price is only for Commercial Fleet Purchase only). I told Ken this was not the price that it is being advertising for and is Not acceptable way to do business. He again just told me that it was for Fleet purchase only. This dealership need to remove these off your website and stop miss leading consumers that this is the price when it is just gimmick and/or a bait and switch.Always a pleasant buying experience

He makes it painless to have my car serviced or repaired. Also I… damaged my front bumper lower deflector and Andy Beach who repaired it took the time to come to the service area and explain what he did. I was up front with the sales people that I was not interested in buying that day, but was merely looking to get… an idea. The salesman took the time to explain to me what Chevy had to offer and even allowed me to compare to a used Ford they had. I was impressed that at no time did they push to make a sale that day, but took the time to allow me see what was there to make an informed decision. Couple weeks later, I went back to Courtesy Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle at a price I know could not be beat (Chevy's 12% discount). The staff was good and worked with me on a short time schedule to purchase the vehicle and coordinated efforts with their support staff to get the added features for me on the truck without me waiting. This dealership was truly the best car buying experience I have had.Lied to and wasted trip

Upon talking to the dealer representative, I was assured that the vehicle had arrived and was "available". The salesmen, and a sales… manager, even said they would have it cleaned and ready for me to test drive. I made an appointment and drove from Flagstaff to Phoenix intending to purchase this vehicle. Upon arrival, the salesmen I had talked to was "unavailable," and SO WAS THE CAR. They didn't have it, never had it. What a bunch of lairs. DON'T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. What a wasted trip.Amazing!

Working with Jerry and his manager, Dennis was amazing, they answered every question we had, they explained… how things worked and they made sure we left happy, I would definitely refer all my friends who are looking for new cars to Jerry, hes straight up and like he says, he likes to keep it real. by drea1978 on 06/21/2016I would recommend someone to go and purchase a vehicle your salesman was awesome (Quincy) although your service dept needs a lot of work with customer service first off my son took the vehicle in to have some work done on the steering… volume and cruise control they stated it would only take 1-2hrs he sat there waiting for at least 4hrs no one ever came to acknowledge him and let him know what was going on he had to go and ask and along with him asking me and his father had to call and find out what was going on finally from him going in at 1215 which was the appointment time the car was ready at around 5pm. Second the woman who was answering the phones was very rude and hung up on me twice she didnt seem to appreciate her job i spoke with the financial guy we dealt with Steve and he was going to look into it but im not sure if that was ever done i work with patients in the medical field and i would never treat a patient the way this lady treated us and im sorry but i didnt get her name cause when i asked her she rudely transferred me and when i called again and asked her name she hung up on me. i have purchased 2 vehicle from you within the year and love the service in sales but the service department needs a lot of work.! Also i did submit and email to Joe Monaco in service and not once did he respond to my complaint on the situation! [Email removed] which i feel was very rude he could of made some type of an apology and not once did we get any except from our salesman quincy and the financial manger steve.
