    great experience as usual! love your kids play area - it kept my son occupied and the service of the staff was great - from our service guy Matthew to the lady who offered my son a bag of popcorn! Thank you for your attention to detail!

    Excellent customer service! Adam was very responsive to all my questions and made sure the car was checked and serviced as agreed. The waiting area is comfortable, quiet enough to work, and has a good assortment of refreshments. I have referred friends to Earnhardt for both sales (Tim S.) and service :).

    Ben, my service mgr, took great care of me! From the moment I called for an appointment til I left the dealership, he made me feel like his only, and very important, customer. No extra charges or surprises on bill was also appreciated.

    Matt listened carefully to my explanation as to what noise I was hearing, when it began and what transpired right before the fan noise began. And based on that, before he just charged me $120 for a diagnostic test, he checked the entire fan compartment and found a bunch of leaves trapped in there, causing the weird sound-thus he charged me nothing to clean it out!

    Tony and Dean were so very helpful in getting us back in the car I love the best. The Sonata! It was well worth the drive from Tucson to see them in Scottsdale.

    Excellent customer service. Courtesy car was provided when tech needed to keep my vehicle overnight. Ability to diagnose an atypical problem. Replaced / worn parts were offered to me, if I wanted them. Car was very clean when returned to me. Flexible scheduling of service appointment. Comfortable & clean lounge with TVs, magazines, newspapers, & snacks provided (with separate easily visible kiddie area).

    Our salesman, Bill never pressured us! Showed us only the cars that met our criteria, which was refreshing! Dean in finance was great too! We've never had a more pleasant buying experience!! Will DEFINITELY recommend your dealership.

    The services folks treat you like old friends! Always comfort food, coffee and water avaliable. Comfortable seating and TV, any wait is worth it.

    The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is no pressure to buy, just an honest presentation of the vehicle, its features and the deal they are offering.

  • Consistency is key

    The process was easy from start to finish. Matthew checked everything I asked for, made recommendations without being pushy and was polite. I generally come to Norm and have had consistently great service but he was full this time. I was nervous about working with someone new but Matthew proved that great service is the standard. They both deserve recognition. I have not been able to praise Norm in the past because my email was incorrect in the system so I wanted to make sure he was recognized here. The consistency of his service is what has kept me coming back.

    My experience was fabulous from the first time I walked in the dealership through driving home my new car. The team was so kind and really made my husband and me feel comfortable. The customer service was outstanding -- and I can be a pretty tough critic coming from a long background of customer service jobs. Raheem stayed very late to make sure we were taken care of, and even ordered us dinner since we were at the dealership so late. Dean and the rest of the team were all so easy to talk with and really made a great impression on us. We'll definitely be back when it comes time to trade in my husband's car!
