Our Hyundai Sonata LTD's retail value exceeded the residual value and because we loved it so much, we decided to buy it. This was the third Sonata that we leased from Julian at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale and he and dealer management… went the extra mile to get us very competitive financing without fees that beat out two other financing offers. While the loan process was challenging, it was faster and easier than dealing with remote lenders. Thank you Hyundai North Scottsdale!

Check before you drive to this dealership
by azshoppers on 02/03/2012updated 04/29/2025I spent several weeks trying to find a Hyundai Sonata SE in Harbor Gray without the Turbo. I finally found the exact vehicle I wanted at this dealership. The vehicle was not listed correctly in their inventory but I knew from the price it… was an SE not a straight Sonata. I emailed and told them of their mistake in the inventory and asked for a price if it was an SE. I received e mails from 3 people and then did get a price that was "in the ballpark". On Saturday morning I received 3 e mails making sure I was coming over to look at the car. After breaking our necks to get over to look at the car, we were told after walking around the parking lot, "we can not find the car". My wife and I waited for about 20 minutes as the salesman went on the hunt. The salesman returned and said "the books and the keys are gone". He then tried to sell me a dark blue SE that we did not want and then he moved on trying to sell me on other cars on their lot. So we drove 25 miles round trip to this dealer only to find they couldn't find the car they had sent me a quote on as well as 3 e mails that very morning. Apparently they don't check their inventory when they quote you a price. I would definitely call and confirm they have the car they quote you prices on. Otherwise you may end up on a wild goose chase. It took them a week to show the car was sold in their inventory. The whole dealership seemed to be disorganized and I would not feel comfortable having my new car serviced by them.Great Job!

The internet Sales Manager - Jeff Motto had gone the extra mile in helping us with our initial research without pressure or… obligation. When we contacted him with our new situation, he was very responsive and professional. We enjoyed the buying experience and he stayed with us throughout the transaction. We appreciate the follow up and the assistance of the other members of this dealer's team. We recommend doing business with this dealer. All questions answered and everything delivered as promised.
