Worst service visit in 25 years
by Ruth R on 08/28/2022I waited a week for a Saturday appointment for a simple oil change. When I arrived, I sat in my car for 30 minutes before someone approached me. Then I was told it would be a 2.5 hour wait. My husband works Saturdays, so I paid $30 for a… Lyft both ways. Unacceptable.We are very sorry for the extended wait time for your recent service visit. We do our best to complete service in the most timely manner, however we are at full capacity on Saturdays.

Wash the vehicle
by J on 08/28/2022I’ve been going to you guys for years. I was disappointed that my truck was not washed upon pick up. It was there for 3 days. First time it didn’t happen.We're sorry for the inconvenience, however we have suspended our car wash service indefinitely.
Timely service
by Katiemas on 08/26/2022The last time I had a service appointment I had to wait in a long line just to drop my car off. This time I pulled right in & the service was completed in an hour, which I thought was acceptable. The only thing I was disappointed in was… that I was sent a coupon in the mail for a free car wash, & when I presented it, I was told they got rid of their car wash a couple years ago. I find it hard to believe that when selling a new car, they would let it leave the lot dirty. But I guess since there are very few new cars these days, it’s not an issue. By the way, I did not pay for service because it was included in my sales agreement.Thank you for the positive feedback, we appreciate your business.

Slow and rude - zero effort
by Blake on 08/17/2022Over 3 hours for an oil change that was scheduled. 2 and 1/2 hours before they even took the car back. Unapologetic and they were actually belligerent about it. Called service manager to express concerns but he wouldn’t take or return my… call.We apologize for the extended wait time during your recent service visit. I will pass your comments along to management for training so we can improve the level of service we provide to our customers.
