It has never been the sales department that brought me back, it is the service representative that has helped me through all these years. Tim Paffumi is responsive, helpful,… honest, and it makes all the difference in this dealership. It's this man that keeps my husband and me coming back year after year. AJ Abdul at Right Toyota has completely changed my views on car salespersons. He is a genuine person that relates to his… customers and takes care of them the best he can. He literally walked me everywhere I needed to go and introduced me to everybody as his cousin. I have never felt so comfortable at a dealership and he is the reason I keep going back to a Right Toyota. The deal he got me was great and well within my budget. There was no pressure and he made absolutely sure I left happy. Dealerships need more people like him.Best selection and quick sales process
by zekeh on 06/26/2020My salesperson, Jake, was very helpful and notified me of new arrivals and inventory over several weeks until I found the truck I wanted. After a couple of days of driving the new truck I noticed a flaw with the interior and he personally… saw to it that the issue was fixed and went above and beyond to correct the issue. Compared to other dealers, Right Toyota is much more transparent and willing to deal plus they are able to provide more options. They did not pressure me during the financing and warranty part of the sale. They made me aware of my options and respected my choices. I did some research and they sell more Toyotas than any other dealer in AZ so they have the best selection and more resources to get the car you want in stock with the options you need. Even if you don't live close to this dealer, it is worth making the trip just to get your new Toyota at this dealership.Customer Service Oriented!

by Veronica P on 06/24/2020Stopped by Right Toyota to look at a new 2020 Toyota Highlander because I was curios to see how the newly designed Highlander looked and drives. I was greeted by an older gentleman named AJ and he was very polite and helpful. He offered… to have me drive the new Highlander which I accepted. He did not have me walk around in the heat, he was nice enough to pull the Highlander up for me engine running and A/C blowing. He gave me a bottle of ice cold water and away we went. The new Highlander is awesome, way nicer than my 2015. Low and behold we are sitting down and after about 30 minutes of discussion I decided to lease the new Highlander. I probably could have negotiated a better deal for myself, but I just didn't want to sit there and haggle for 3 hours over a couple of bucks. I am happy with the terms and payment for my new Highlander, so I just decided to go for it. AJ took the time to go over everything in the new vehicle for me that I didn't understand right away and even had his son who works there help out as well. Issac, his son has a little better knowledge how everything works on the new models so I spent some time with him as well. Issac gave me his information too if I had any questions later on, which I did. AJ called me the next day and said thank you for the business, and I thanked him as well. I have to say that Right Toyota has a real class act working there with AJ and Issac. Much Appreciated!Fair, Honest, and Great Service!
by Tony J on 06/24/2020Brough my 2013 FJ Cruiser for service because it is getting up there in miles and Toyota does not make them anymore so I want to keep driving it as long as possible. My FJ has roughly 125000 miles so I told Matt Bocchi in service that the… vehicle needs a good once over to prevent having any further problems. I expected that the service bill was going to be quite expensive since I was giving the dealer carte blanche to find things to fix. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that all that was needed was to fix a tiny leak in the power steering pump. I always steer clear of dealers because service at the dealer is always much more expensive, however that has changed. I greatly appreciate Matt for his honesty and professionalism a and Toyota for making an awesome product.Best customer service

After speaking to him for awhile he convinced me to look at some new trucks and I am glad I did. I ended… up purchasing a brand new 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD off-road and I love it. This truck is so much nicer than the 2009 I traded in. Chris even made sure that my $200+ service bill was taken care of by the dealership and I didn't have to pay it. Chris did a great job and if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be driving this awesome truck and I wouldn't have received the awesome deal I got either. Thanks Chris!Great Experience

I had a really difficult time getting the other dealers to call me back or email and provide the information I was requesting.… Greg at Right did a great job communicating back and forth with me and this is the reason why I purchased there. by gottricked on 02/16/2020After we had signed the sales agreement, at the last moment they added on a "security ID fee" of $525 plus tax. It was hidden from us and we didn't find it until afterwards. A quick google search revealed this is a common trick they do and… it is actually for nothing real. It's a very sleezy move and trick and we will never buy from them again. There is also a strange "mistake" they made in accidentally upcharging us $1000 over sticker (they say they're looking into it). Very tricky dealer, I will never shop here again.Working with Jamie Stein

by SS on 10/26/2019Visited this dealership recently and have never felt so Verbally Harassed , and Disregarded because of “the way we looked.” There is no other way to explain it when a sales manager throws a racial remark out in the middle of a price detail… conversation and when a salesman never comes out for a test drive he was gonna take you to solidify things. Then they are both seen standing near the entrance and Still no acknowledgment as we were leaving. Actually glad my hard earned money didn’t go here. The general sales manager has contacted me and has been very apologetic to this situation. Its just unfortunate that this unacceptable/shameful behavior occurred at this dealership. Wouldn’t want anyone to every feel this way. This is just not right, Right Toyota.Worst Service
by MonicaL on 08/08/2019My husband and I wanted to do a trade-in here. Initially we were not approved, but since my dad is a "preferred" customer they told us to bring him to co-sign. When we came with him we were offered a price that did not work for us so we did… not accept. Once we were outside, Matt Winters is his name I believe, a general manager came outside to give us a "better" offer. It was literally around 10:30 pm. He told us he could approve a lower rate with a lower payment with the term we wanted. We accepted. A few days later I received a voicemail that they did not approve our loan and that we needed to return the truck. I have been since then trying to speak to a manager to try to resolve this and never has anyone of them called me back. Everyone says they will contact me shortly and it's now been about 2 weeks and still no calls. We are about to return the truck and file a formal complaint along with sending this over to channel 3 news to inform the people what is going on at Right Toyota. No verbal contracts are honored nor the tons of paperwork we signed. Let me also state that Jared the finance guy who completed the process for us told me that he would either adjust the rate or the loan amount to make sure we got the monthly payment amount we were promised. Our entire family does business at this dealership but that has come to an end.Monica, I am very sorry that your loan did not get approved and that you had to return the vehicle, this is the last thing we wanted to happen. Neither the dealership nor the customer benefit when situations like this occur and it is disappointing for both parties, especially the customer. We did spend a great deal of time and effort trying to obtain financing for you, but unfortunately we could not complete the loan and as a result we lost your family's future business. We hope you reconsider your choice of dealership and have you our sincere apology for the disappointing conclusion to your last transaction .
Straightforward, fast and respectful
