    The service department is amazing. Very friendly and always eager to help. The dealership itself I'm still a little a bitter regarding the way our deal went down with the purchase of the vehicle.

    I needed a recall repair. There was some mix-up and the part was not available at my appointment time so I had to return the next day. The sales manager and sales rep went out of their way to make things right and speed up repairs.

    No pressure, got the truck I wanted and the sales associates went above and beyond to make it a great buying experience. Definitely would recommend this dealership to everyone!

    Tim was great and had a good sense of humor, called us with updates and fulfilled expectations. The rest of the service department, including the front or cash out desk seems unprofessional and dysfunctional. The girl "Ash?"(dark hair) was eating at the desk and still chewing her food and asked what we needed at pickup. Some other guy we'd never met and who had no business w us walked out at the same time and told us we needed to fill out the survey so Tim could keep his job. Goonish, kinda curly light brown or red hair. Not impressed. Tim far better than the rest, but glad this was a warranty issue... This place is generally a disappointment in professional customer service and atmosphere.

    Sean was awesome..he is a great asset to your dealership. everyone I talked to at the dealership was great .they have the up most respect.and there was no pressure from sean or anyone there when I visited the dealership.i love my camero.i want to thank everyone .sincerely Betty Grayson

    Jake in the service department was, by far, extremely courteous and treated us with the utmost respect. He obviously enjoys his job, is very outgoing and is people-oriented.

    Pete was the service writer. He was very professional, courteous and polite. The service on the car was taken care in a timely manner. However, I do not appreciate the approach by the Service Liaison Manager, Stacy Keith. His approach made me feel as if there would be issues with my service and I would need to contact him. He was also very loud in talking with another customer. Finally, I don't appreciate being called on a Sunday evening to ask about the customer service I received. This is inappropriate.

    Joe Tatman made my car buying experience very simple and easy. I feel Joe took very good care of me and got me great deal on my new vehicle. I have gone to several other dealerships in the past, and this was by far the greatest experience. I will buy from Sands Chevrolet everytime.

    I had a great first car buying experience! Everybody was helpful, knowledgable, and willing to take the time to explain things to me. Paul Muela and Eric were both very sweet and helpful. I would definitely come back to buy another car :)

    It was great. Both Chris and Joe went above and beyond with customer service and I appreciate the welcoming environment as opposed to the other dealerships we visited that were employing high-pressure sales tactics. The way they treated us made our decision easy.

    Jake was my contact, and he is an asset to your company. So friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable !! He is a pleasure to deal with. Also appreciated the Man who shuttled me home and picked me up to take me to the dealership to get my car. Also a salesman visited with me , while I was waiting for the shuttle. Very nice people to deal with.

    My Tahoe's check engine light came on, service stabilitrak/traction control warning came on and it went into reduced power mode. Before I got to the dealer all the lights except the check engine light went off. The tech could not get the warning lights to come on and stay on long enough to get a reading on the cause. They asked me to pick the car up and drive it until the cause became apparent. I picked the car up and drove it about 15 miles down the freeway and the warning lights came on and stayed on. I drove the car back to the dealer and the warning lights were on solid when I left it in the service writer Jake's care. They had the car for another week before a fix was accomplished with the aid of GM. I looked the warning code messages up on the internet and learned that it was not an uncommon problem and everyone had difficulty finding a cure. The people at Sands were very persistent in trying to get it fixed. They provided me with a loaner car for the whole 8 or 9 days the car was in the dealer. I was very happy they found a fix and hope it is the permanent solution. We love our Tahoe and were afraid it would never get back to normal. Thanks to Jake (service writer) and all the other people at Sands for taking care of the Tahoe's problems and treating us in a courteous and professional manner the way they always do.

    I brought my 2014 Equinox in to Sand's Chevrolet as I was having a problem with the car starting. Jake, my service adviser asked if I could leave it so it could be properly checked and repaired. It was determined that the alternator was bad. Jake called me at home and said the new part would be delivered early afternoon and he would call when the car was ready. He called at about 4pm and said the repair was complete and the car was being washed. Jake has been my service adviser since before I purchased the Equinox and has always made sure I was given great customer service, I would not take my vehicle anywhere else.

    Very courteous and profession service advisor who kept me appraised of what was needed other than my request. He also checked with me periodically until the vehicle was ready which shows a real concern for his customers

    Erwin was super. He definitely went the extra mile. It took a lot of time which at other dealers is something to look into. But, everyone was very helpful. Our only concern is and always was; your service department. Had the used car in and poor Courtney did not know how to ring up the transaction so asked for help and Matthew the service guy used some nasty foul language at her then realized there was a customer was standing there and not even apologized for his actions and still did not get the problem solved yesterday. Again, the vehicle will be in today for the same issues. Matthew has not correctly get problems solved in the past with my Aveo and ordering parts. Its very upsetting to have a great team in front when the back team ruins it.
