    They gave an estimated time for when my vehicle would be done and came to me about 1/2 way done to keep me updated on the progress of my request for my CRV. And you have 2 nice waiting areas. One inside with a TV and one outside with fresh air and a mountains view!

    I liked that Sands KIA has discounted oil changes already so that I don’t have to cross shop different dealers on the other side of the Phoenix valley.

    They went above and beyond my expectations by correcting an issue with my vehicle. Prior to my visit I was a victim to road debris on the freeway. After unavoidable impact with the debris my vehicle was making a horrible noise. I was so worried it was going to be costly work and even had organized an insurance claim, I brought my vehicle in to Sands Kia because they have very trustworthy staff. The mechanic saw that some panels had gotten lose and corrected it free of charge. Thanks again guys!!!

    Excellent service! My service advisor was Derek Miller, he was so cordial and kept me in the loop about my vehicle. They had to order a part for our vehicle and he arranged the rental car and a ride to pickup the car. Great customer service!

    I loved how my salesman Danny allowed me to search for the vehicle I wanted which was a Ford Fusion. He pointed me in the direction of some others that I may like, the one I purchased being a Kia, and it is the vehicle I decided to choose. Very friendly and respectful. Shawn was also really helpful. He was able to get me a great deal under the circumstances of my credit and didn’t pressure me into anything. Sands Kia y’all are amazing I appreciate you as a company and will make sure to refer others your way! Also thank you for the loaner vehicle while mine was getting prepared!
