He was a gentlemen and knew exactly what i would need, had no intention of upselling and took my information, what I do, how often I drive, etc and gave me the best vehicle I could imagine.

Although this was a mistake and something expensive had been damaged, the service department went above and beyond to fix the problem and make sure it was made right.… Jeff, Seth and everyone else in the service department were extremely friendly, patient and willing to help. I appreciate all of the effort and time that was put forth and have been utterly impressed by your willingness to correct the issue. Although things can go wrong anywhere, it speaks volumes with how a situation is handled when it does go wrong. This is a place that I highly recommend to anyone whether they are looking to get their car serviced or looking for a new vehicle. Tempe Honda exemplifies integrity in their work. Thank you for that!Easy buy

My experience was nonetheless perfect in every way. I was in and out less in less than 3 hours. I had… my 7 month old daughter with me and Xavier Jackson was so understanding and helpful through the entire process. I work for the Better Business Bureau, we embody integrity, trust, honesty, privacy, transparency, responsiveness and honor. This is exactly what I look for when choosing an organization to do business with. Tempe Honda and Xavier as a salesman display those to the mark. I wish I could give out more than 5 stars. I went to Right Honda & Arrowhead who both said they could do a deal and of course when I went they changed the numbers. I was in Tempe to… meet a client and decided to check out Tempe Honda. I was lucky to meet Kenny and I told him the deal I wanted and the car and he said we got a deal. I was surprised it was that fast, and I was a little hesitant to believe him. He didn't have the car in stock and said come back tomorrow and we will take your car and get you situated. To my surprise Kenny was true to his word and the deal went perfectly. What the other dealers said couldn't get done Tempe Honda did. When I'm in the market for my next Honda I will go back to Tempe as long as Kenny is there.Easy Breezy Deal

There were no hidden costs and what was provided to us in the beginning of the conversation, was on… the final PO. Rich never pushed us into buying the CR-V, he simply laid out the plain facts and the numbers just made sense. It was a hell of an easy deal to do with Rich in the middle.Love our new CR-V!

by EAA on 12/12/2017This is my 3rd car from Tempe Honda. Granted, i don't remember the details of the 1st purchase too much as it was almost 20 years ago and my dad took the lead. However, on the 2nd car I took the lead and found a car i liked online and… contacted internet sales. The process was totally easy and painless and i didn't feel like i was taken advantage of as a single woman shopping for a car by myself. I LOVED that car but found myself needing a bigger car 10 years later. For car #3, my husband and i went to 3 different dealers to find the perfect CRV - and the best pricing. We walked into Tempe Honda and I think by chance were assigned to a sales person from internet sales, Mike (MJ), was SO easy going and low pressure (reminded me why i liked internet sales so much 10 years prior). He was patient with showing me what i wanted, followed up a few times by email and phone but never did i feel like I was being hounded. It was the right amount of follow-up. To make sure we were getting the best price, we explored the Costco discount at another dealer only to be very disappointed by the price and the sales tactics at that dealership. Ultimately Mike's price and service was the best - as was the experience. Lovin my new car from Tempe Honda!
