    Rachel helped us a lot since day 1 we needed a vehicle asap due to an accident we had, all of the x5 they had onsite they were really nice but really wanted a white interior so she help us customize a vehicle and made happen to get it in less than 2 weeks we appreciate all her hard work and we came from Porsche and we got a way better service and vehicle.

    Both Anthony and Patrick deserve a five star rating for their excellent customer service. We especially appreciated Patrick’s updates after we ordered the car until it arrived, a month earlier than expected!! Anthony was very attentive to every detail the day we bought the car so made the buying process enjoyable rather than stressful. And he continues to be very patient with our many questions. They are truly two of the very best!!

  • Battery Rescue

    My battery went dead on a Friday afternoon. I took it to AutoZone for a replacement. They advised I would have to take it to the dealer so that all the electronics could be reset, plus they did not have the correct battery. I called BMW of Tucson, and they said if I could bring it in they would replace the battery. I was able to drive across town (Tucson, no small feat at that hour) and arrived in time for them to replace the battery. The service rep was very helpful, and the battery was successfully replaced. I give 5 stars to the service personnel, and 1 star to BMW. The reason, it cost me $500.00 to replace a BMW battery at the dealership when it could have been replaced for half that price. Next time you have your battery replaced check the labor cost on battery replacement. I think you may change your mind on German luxury cars. That being said this dealership offers outstanding service, and helpful sales, and service reps.

    I highly recommend BMW Tucson. I have always had excellent service and support. This last time they were so helpful and professional while waiting months for a part they had no control over getting. Excellent people! Can't say enough!

  • How a fool buys a "Shady car"

    The rather rare vehcle I purchased had alot of issues going in. A serious electrical charging problem, a front end collision, and a speedometer rollback by the previous dealer (not BMW Tucson). What fool would buy this car?? After carefully reviewing a number of documents, including service records, and then speaking to the previous owner, I determined the car to be problem free.The speedometer was only rolled back 5k. It still had two (2) years or about 20k miles left on the original manufacture's warranty. After serious deliberation, I purchased the car for $7000-$8000 under market value (if you could find one). Who else would buy it? Only a fool? Mabey not.

    Just bought a new BMW X5 this past week. My Client Advisor, Rachel Bracety was knowledgeable, cordial, and extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. She explained all issues very clearly and made the selection and purchase of my new vehicle an amazingly satisfactory experience. Also Zane Moore did a fantastic job in conducting the financial transactions for this cash purchase. I met many other staff members while at the dealership and they all seemed like a close knit family. I highly recommend BMW Tucson.

    I experienced world class customer service. Kennedy is knowledgeable, professional, supportive and efficient. He went above and beyond to assist me in getting my X5.     Jay Owens is the man. He was the difference between me walking out of the dealership because there wasn't a car that I liked, and coming back the next day for a car that was just about to get off the truck. I was shopping around for luxury cars and Jay gave me plenty of reasons to go BMW. He also gave me the 101 on the technology in the car which was a huge help. I actually just met someone who bought a BMW from the this dealership a few days later, and they said they never got the tech 101 rundown, and was so disappointed. Jay should be salesman of the year.

    Recently we purchased a new BMW from BMW of Tucson. This is the second BMW from them. The first was a 2017 BMW 740i. The 740i has performed exceedingly well over the years with no problems. There service is exemplary. It is the most comfortable road car we have ever owned. When you take 5,000 plus mile trips you need comfort as well as performance. As the time came for another red sports car. We went to BMW of Tucson and worked with a wonderfull sales representive. She helped us pull together all the information we needed to build a 2022 Z4 M40i to meet what we wanted in a two seater. She kept us informed during the entire process from order to build to shipment and arrival. Even after taking possession she still checks in to see that all is well and if we have any questions. We highly recommend BMW of Tucson.

  • Very Disappointed!

    This location ran 15 minutes late from the scheduled appointment to drop off my car. They had me listed under an incorrect name. They had my car listed as the wrong model. The service person had an attitude when I told him that I had been waiting and asked what was going on. When I attempted to bring the matter to the service manager's attention, he attempted to ignore me (in fact, walk past me as if I wasn't there) and then made excuses. No apologies. When I returned to pick up my car, I was ignored by the service person, so the cashier had to ask if I needed anything. The service manager came out and saw me, but made no attempt to come and apologize. Is this what BMW of Tucson service has come to?

    I was in the neighborhood of the BMW dealer in Tucson and called to ask about a used car they had listed on their website. They told me on the phone that it was available and ready to drive. I arrived at the dealership within 10 minutes. I made contact with Anthony in the lobby and the car quickly arrived at the front door for me to see and drive. The little red beauty was spotless inside and out! Anthony was very knowledgeable about the car and answered my questions quickly and confidently. Anthony and all of the staff were friendly and outgoing. I enjoyed my car buying experience at this location.

    My wife and I were shopping for a second car to use as a backup to our primary transportation. We stumbled onto a 2008 Toyota Camry on the BMW of Tucson car lot. One look and one test drive and the car was ours! There was no pressure to buy ever during the entire process. Everyone that we came into contact with was friendly and more than willing to help in anyway they could.

    Looked for months for my new “baby”. So glad I found mine here. Anthony (my sales guy) was responsive and patient. He got right back to mr with answers to my many questions. Since I was buying long distance he was my eyes. Follow up after sale was just as good. Martin (sales manager) also deserves a big thumbs up! I would HIGHLY recommend them!
