    I came from El Paso TX to purchase a Chrysler 300 I found online. I scheduled an appointment a few days later with Carlos. When I arrived at the dealership, Carlos was waiting for me and had done his research on the car i was interested. He was good knowledge of the inventory and was well versed on the majority of the vehicle on their lot. Its worth noting, i had been to two other dealerships in the are, both were about as distinct as you can get. Jim Click, although the salesman was a little older, very knowledgeable about the car, had difficulty demonstrating the features. the test drive became a joint effort into "figuring this car out..." At another dealership, Dick Poe in El Paso, the salesman was definitely more interested in his phone, at one point even left us for a minute to make a call. When i met Carlos, he appeared young and I thought, here we go again. To my surprise, his professionalism, attention to detail and enthusiasm out shined what I mistakenly thought was going to be a lack of experience. We were so impressed, we ended up buying two vehicles that day, the Chrysler 300 and a Need Grand Cherokee.

    We had a nice experience at the Tucson, AZ Larry Miller's dealership purchasing a new 2017 Jeep Renegade. The sales person, Fernando, was an excellent agent. He was very friendly, patient, knew the car very well and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. A very professional fellow. As was Marty, the Finance professional who took care of all the paperwork. We test drove the selected car and purchased it the same evening. All went very smoothly. After a couple of days driving and becoming acquainted with the Jeep Renegade, we really enjoy it. So we got a fair deal from great people and a super car...all is good.

  • Terrible Customer Service

    We had the worst service from this dealership. The problem has come when we traded in our Chrysler. Mr. Overfelt has failed to return numerous phone calls and emails. We traded the vehicle on the 5th of May, and still have not received the refund from our warranty. Worst experience ever. Avoid this dealership, especially if you are military and will have to relocate. The upfront customer service was average but the headache we now have in trying to get our refund is ridiculous. And their repeated failures to return contact is unprofessional and disrespectful to their customer, especially military ones.

    I had an AMAZING experience with Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep. I was able to do all my shopping on line and over the phone. All I had to do was go in test drive my car and sign the papers. Keith, Steve, Jose, And Tommy were great. I dont have enough kind words for these four gentalmen.

    I could not have had a better buying experience at Larry H miller Chrysler Jeep. I told Ed what I wanted, he located it in their overflow lot. Ed knew the vehicle very well and answered all my questions and handled all the paperwork prep quickly. Bo in Finance was quick quick quick and did not attempt to hide any thing. All charges and fees were clearly explained. I really could not have asked for a better vehicle buying experience. Great team environment. Everyone was on the same page. The vehicle I purchased was a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4X4 Laredo Anniversary Edition.

    I bought my firsticket Jeep Wrangler 3 years ago from Larry Miller's. Last month my wife and I bought a used Wrangler from John Huey. The whole staff seemed to care that we were happy. We had a small problem and they did the right thing and took care of the issue. These guys are a class act. I will buy my next Jeep from them.

  • An almost perfect experience

    Recently my wife and I declared bankruptcy, a necessary evil to get our lives back on track. Searching the web for dealships that dealt with bankruptcy and building credit, I came across Larry Miller Jeep. Unfortunately I also researched a rival dealership, and went to them first. After many hours, which stretched into a day, we were told they could do nothing for us. Calling Larry Miller after this, we were introduced to Mike Herbest , a sales agent at Larry Miller. Long story short? Mike was a consummate professional, helpful, dedicated, knowledgeable and very, very personable. He was able to find me a new Jeep Renegade that I had my eye on, and because he was so helpful, my wife decided to purchase a new Jeep Patriot as well. This was all due to the stellar service that Mike provided. It is a testament to his hard work that this experience went as smoothly as it did. I'd recommend Mike to anyone that would listen and is the market for a new car. Now, unfortunately for the bad part. We had financing in place before we left with our new vehicles, or so we thought. We were told that because it as later in the evening and on the weekend, they would be shopping "for the best deal". The finance person assured us that the interest rate and monthly cost would not go above what we were quoted, and even promised and insinuated that the cost would, in fact go lower than quoted. He was very sure of this, and we were on our way. Several days passed while we waited for an answer on our final numbers. We talked to finance several times during this period and were led to believe that we had a great interest rate and low monthly payment. Upon going to the final signing, however, things went south. Not only did they want $2000.00 down, but the only other offer they had for my Jeep Renegade was over $200.00 more than we were led to believe, and had an interest rate 7% higher. In addition, my wife's monthly payment went up by over $100.00. Shameful misleading promises really ruined much of our excitement. Being led to believe one thing, and delivered another feels a lot like misleading the customer. I'd really have to think before buying again. The end? Mike is a stellar component that I would recommend any day of the week. I would have to say I'd recommend, with one caveat: Do NOT drive off the lot without all of your final paperwork and deals in place. Don't let them shaft you afterwards.

    • UPDATE: After posting my review, I was contacted by Larry Watts, General Manager. Both my wife and I talked to Larry on different occasions, and were very surprised to find him open, invested and willing to compromise to get us to the point that I would gladly recommend to anyone Larry Miller Jeep. Larry Watts and his team has made a believer out of me. I think it's so very important that businesses read and react to customer feedback and Larry has proven that he cares. I will add on caveat: My new Renegade has a leak coming from the roof, or somewhere around there. I'm hesitantly hopeful that they will be able to fix the issues to my standards, and I will let you know how that goes.

    This place will make you wanna purchase anything everyone is amazing friendly,knowledgeable and patient sales manager made me feel like i was family told me he was going to make a deal for my needs he never pushed me never made me feel forced and sales man was also in for what ever i needed for my budget and credit situation by the time i walked in and actually signed on my car i was confident and was a piece of cake never had to wait around stressing about anything drove off and they still manage to amaze me how they have detailed oriented follow ups and customer service thank you guys!!!

    All good only question I had was I think a key charge lowered to $175 or so. My key has no buttons and I think is nothing special on my Patriate. Why a charge at all?

  • 2015 Jeep Renegade Purchase

    Having only seen the Jeep Renegade once in Nashville during a business trip and liked the looks we began to research the car further. We found on-line a car at the Tucson dealership we liked and decided to come take a closer look. We could not find the vehicle on the lot that was listed on-line so we asked Ed Barry to find it's whereabouts. Unfortunately the vehicle had been sold the night before. Ed searched to see if there was another one available in the Phoenix area and there was one ordered by the dealership but had not arrived as yet, arrival date was uncertain. Ed showed us several vehicle on the lot and was responsive to all of our many questions and explained things clearly. So we decided to take a test drive and were pretty much sold on the vehicle. Since we were not trading a vehicle in and was going to put a substantial amount down in cash Ed got the Manager to work us a deal. We accepted the deal and moved forward with the purchase. This was not a pressured sale which made it easy to work with Ed. The only issue was the time it took to complete the financial paper work (numerous documents to sign). Beau Overfelt was very pleasant to work with and willing to answer all of our questions with clear answers and was able to get us further deals with the different service/warranty packages. Ed wanted to get the car ready for us to take home on that day but we didn't want to wait in town another couple of hours for the vehicle to be cleaned & prepped and we needed to get the down money so we decided to pick it up 2 days later. When we went in on that Monday of course it had rained and the car was not pristine for delivery. Barry was not happy that the car was not the way he wanted to deliver it so he instructed us to bring the car back for another clean-up. Barry spent time with us going over all of the functions of the vehicle in a very clear and concise manner. We have aways hated buying a car due to the many hours spent haggling the deal, but this experience was totally different. Everyone in the dealership was very pleasant to work with, insured our comfort during the visit and when we returned 2 days later to pick up the vehicle everyone remembered us. This experience has been a pleasant one thanks to Ed and Beau. We have previously purchased a used car and had our service completed at this dealership and have had nothing but positive service. Thanks for the experience!

    excellent. honestly, i was just starting my car search experience. i was looking for a jeep hopefully but my expectations may not have been high. you really did what you could do to help me get a new car. got what i really wanted and didn't have to look anymore.     i contacted dealer via email and talked to Harry Easby he told me at 10 pm pst that he was busy with customers and he would get pictures on monday and i didnt know the dealership was open that late and now it is monday night and he has yet to email me all at all very bad at keeping his word i live in arkansas and i would hate to make the drive to buy a car just to get treated like this looks like i will have to pay more to go to a different dealership thank you so much for this unpleasant experience i would hate to go there in person no telling how bad i would get treated
