I told him what I needed done and that I did have an appointment.⦠He took care of me right away. he came back about an hour later, told me what was done. Oil Change Service Review

We asked for a quote to fix the right side mirror and when we came back for⦠the truck, the quote was over 800.00 to replace the whole side mirror. A little too much for us right now so we'll have to keep the tape on the mirror.I am glad that you were able to experience our great customer service during your oil change. Repeat offenders
by Bryan on 08/28/2017This is the second time I've had to complain about a defective vehicle sold to me by this dealership...the second purchase was a deal put together by upper management to atone for the first purchase which was a disaster and eventually⦠became a states attorney's complaint. This 2nd purchase was a 2008 Chevy Silverado that LHMilller Doge had owned for an incredible 17 months and put over 11K miles on, yet they had no record of service nor any other information about the truck. So I wisely bought the extended warranty with it, and yet it's like pulling teeth to get the problem taken care of because the dealer's service manager has ignored my requests to have it fixed. Turns out that the dealership put the wrong psi rated tires on this truck without changing the tire monitor sensors nor the door placard that shows what the tire pressures should be on this vehicle. The truck was purchased with the new tires under-inflated so as not to set off the tire monitor's warnings, and now that the tires are properly inflated, the warnings are going off constantly. Very annoying!Bryan, I am sorry to hear about your negative experiences with our service team. She was able to get my truck in late Friday and out by noon on Saturday, after others said nothing would be looked at until Tuesday of the following week. She has been our service guru for many years, way back⦠when Tucson Dodge was around and with a company that has nothing but dodge trucks, we've been around her quite frequently. I always appreciate her honesty, her "straight-to-the-point" mentality and her willingness to go above and beyond each time it is needed. I know that if Lisa is on our vehicle that it will be handled perfectly. I can't thank her enough or sing her praises to the level that she deserves. She is incredibly patient, sweet, funny, courteous, professional, friendly, informative, commanding (but in a good way) understanding, trustworthy, and the list goes on.
