  • Service took way longer than expected

    I scheduled a 7am appointment (the first of the morning) and was there for just over 4 hours to have my oil changed, tires rotated and my oil pressure gauge replaced. I never would have anticipated that it would take 4 hours to get that work done. I can only give 3 stars because of the time it took to maintenance my car.

  • Repair service review

    We had the unfortunate need for a new engine in our 2002 Ram van-AND miraculously Larry Miller had the only engine in all of US!!!! They said about a week for repairs & completed work in 4 days. Lisa wonderfully helpful. Mike the mechanic did excellent work. We now have driven 500 miles and notice a wonderful improvement in power. There were two items not completed and service took care of those issues right away. Thank you all at Larry Miller for helping us to continue our vacation.

    I was looking everywhere all over tucson. Everywhere I went, it was a salesman trying to give me what I didn’t need. I was recommended to try Larry h Miller. Honestly, best service I ever had. The gentleman that helped me was attentive and respectful of the vehicle I was looking to get. Recommend this place to any first time buyers.

  • GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP

    This dealership is terrible. Not only with communication but how they do business. I worked with five different people during the process of buying my car. Thad, Art, David, John, and Shawn. On Feb 27th I left the dealership with a car thinking everything was smooth, had a signed contract, etc. Two weeks later I was told by Art that my interest & payments went up, and that when purchasing a car it’s always a “pending approval” when you leave... LOL. Not only that, but when explaining to Art the situation of already paying the insurance on the car & etc, his exact words were, “Thats just how life is sometimes”. I went as far as looking into getting my legal team involved. This place RUINED my credit score because they continued running my credit to find a finance corporation for me for an ENTIRE MONTH. I looked into the contract and it states that in the event a contract is canceled the buyer must be notified only by a written notice. I never got a written notice. I have now signed three contracts with this dealership for a car I purchased a month ago. All five people I worked with were rude and I believe tried to take advantage of the fact that I am a women and they thought I didn’t know much about cars and legal documents. I requested my trade in and money down back and Shawn’s words were, “Yeah I’m sure we could get it back. It’s off at an auction. It might take a few day’s because we have to make sure it’s safe for you. Make sure it doesn’t have the corona virus or anything”. UNPROFESSIONAL. The finance team and sales team need a rude awakening. What happened to me is not the way a dealership should be doing business. Saddest thing, that’s only half of what happened to me with this dealership. Don’t go here.

    car was not washed after spending 1100.00 dollars in repairs. One day later heaed a thumping noise coming from the rear disck brakes when slowing down which wasnt there before. Not happy

  • Horrible experience

    I have a modified ram 2500 with a 6” lift and 35” tires. I took my truck into the dealership for a oil change. I told them do not wash my truck, do not inflate my tires. Be extremely careful when driving around a curb this truck is wide and you will curb the wheels. They sent my truck through the auto wash and scratched my wheels, they over inflated my tires, they curbed my wheels. Then the manager said well when you modify a truck this is the risk you take and you can’t expect them to be responsible. Then I canceled my membership because of the poor customer service and he said I quote “that’s fine we will continue to keep our doors opened if you keep or cancel your membership.”

    Todd took care me...I got a flat and was left stranded after the pump that comes with my car wouldnt work. So I had to remove the tire and take it in get a new one mounted and then brought the car back to get a whole new set. Todd ensured my vehicle was taken care of with both visits. Parts dept could use some customer service training...when I called he didnt listen to my question and jumped to a conclusion and didn't answer my question.
