    Sales provided the specific answers to the questions I had regarding the vehicle. In my previous experiences at other dealerships, I have observed that salespeople often lack a comprehensive understanding of the product. However, Taylor Brae conducted thorough research prior to my arrival and made the decision to proceed with the purchase relatively straightforward. Additionally, the fact that I was not transferred to other individuals throughout the process was refreshing. The streamlined approach involving only one person significantly enhanced the overall experience.

    I had an unscheduled maintenance need. The advisor took great care to give me the expectations of my visit and that I may be without the vehicle for a day or two, so as to reproduce the maintenance issue. She was exceptional in her communication and even went so far as to help me get a car seat out of the vehicle later in the day when we had to swap over to a friends car.

    Aside from the good service on my KIA SOUL, I was impressed with the efficient check-in process. Someone immediately greeted me, followed by my Service Advisor. Also, another nice touch was a young lady strolling about making personal contact with customers and generally asking how they were doing that particular day. I found that refreshing and kind.

    Service rep Eddie was fantastic! Anticipated what I needed and took care of it. He recognized my car wouldn't be ready time after he got me a LYFT to the gym. I worked out and came back.Eddie informed me my car would not be ready in time and had loaner ready for me. Helped me load my things in the loaner and I was in my way. Contacted when my vehicle was ready to pick up. I came and got it the next day without a hitch. Thank you Eddie!!
