I actually had two sales people throughout the entire buying process because the first one was on vacation at the time I decided to make the purchase. But both were great! When I first started… car shopping, I met with Bill Keefer and he helped me by answering all my questions and keeping me informed throughout the initial process. When we finally decided which vehicle we wanted to purchase, I called Bill and he answered his phone even though he was on vacation at the time and referred me to Ramon Ramirez for the rest of the buying process. Ramon was awesome and so helpful. He had all the paperwork ready for us to make the process go faster when we went to pick up the car. Then he spent time with me inside the vehicle showing me all the features and explaining how everything works. We actually have another Honda dealership that is much closer to us and would have been more convenient, but we chose Honda World because of the excellent customer service and they went out of their way to make it much less inconvenient to drive the extra distance.In Love

He assured me that the dealership could beat the offer that was given to me via our insurance car-buying service.… Roman not only arranged the price we wanted, but did so SO QUICKLY that I was amazed. No haggling, we were given the percentage rate we wanted and the monthly payments under what we asked for! Ramon's service was friendly, he chatted with us, shared some anecdotes, and was a pleasure to sit with. I am EXTREMELY happy with the service and have never had such a pleasant experience buying a vehicle! He even offered to set up our Bluetooth in the car to connect our phones, which is a step above! It did work out okay, but dealership deserves no credit. 2. Contacted salesman several times asking to pull… CDs out of 6 CD changer. Based on conversations the 6 CDs had been pulled & being held for pick-up. As of today no word. 3. Drove title for trade-in from Cabot to Conway expecting to exchange titles (title for vehicle purchased) & pick up personalized CDs. Received neither title nor CDs. 4. Penalized over $123 by AR revenue for title being delivered to us via US mail today, when vehicle was purchased October 28, 2016 after calling again on November 30 for the uptenth time. Had even asked the last lady I spoke with at Honda World to correct the title so we would avoid penalty. She said no problem just finished it today and will mail on December 1, 2016. WOW - no service after sale even after purchasing vehicle and a 3 year warranty.Honda CRV EX-L purchase

He responded in less than 5 minutes asking permission to to communicate by text. His style of sales is… very much appreciated. If the dealership provides the same service this dealership should be rated very high within Honda Dealerships. I traded my 2012 Honda Crv EX-L with only 27,700 miles. I bought the car with one previous owner at 12,400 miles. I love Honda vehicles especially the CRV. Thank You, for your service Ramone.Excellent
